Hey guys, well for about the last year or so I have had this character bouncing around in my head but I do not know how to stat him.
His name is Citizen 13 and is from an alternate universe where a Utopia (genetical perfected) society actually thrived.
The big thing is he would have Enhanced Healing and Reconstitution.
He would have just advanced equipment like the Geen Goblin in Spider-Man 3.
Can anyone help me stat him out? I have a game coming up and he needs to be 60 stones or under.
Thanks for your help in advance.

First off, this is a wrong board- this topic belongs to Original Characters. Nevertheles, I'll help anyway, but be more specific. Give me more details on: -Body- is he just above avarage, hard trained or slightly above human limits? Is he good at dodging or tough as brick? -Skills- what is he good at? Im talking fighting skills, knowledge, acrobatic skills, social skills, affinity with technology, active superpowers and stuff like that -Equipment- You said Green Goblin, but there is ton of customisation to do. What do you want? Glider? Bombs? Guns? Grapling Guns? Proton Packs? Minicomputers? -Personality- you cant go without it. Try explaining in few paragraphs his strenghts and weaknessess, how he behaves, what he thinks of stuff and... stuff.

Thanks for your help in advance. Moved to original characters. It sounds like you're already most of the way there already. The Green Goblin already has some awesome equipment statted out, so that's a matter, and you know what big modifiers you want. Now it's just a matter of expressing it via stones (sometimes what helps me is looking at other characters and seeing relatively how comparatively strong, fast, skilled, etc., I want them to be.) ~DK

-Body- I would have to say that he is slightly above human limits. He was genetically modified to be more advanced then the stock of ordinary humans.
-Skills- He was trained as part of their Secret Police. He would have the Ninja Skill, A decent ranged combat skill, would know military and police protocols, he can upgrade/build his own tech,
-Equipment- armored costume, A glider or other type of personal flying ability, 2x Vibro swords, bombs, Guns, battle gaunlets
-Modifiers- Enhanced Healing Factor, Reconstitution
-Personality- He was trained and brought up to believe that the utopia was the best for everyone evolved. He was born to serve the rulers of that world and conducted his duties without questioning or moral dilemma.
After the explosion the scrambled his programming he escaped the confines of the city only to find himself in a different reality. He has had to cope with the things he has done and learn how to integrate his new conscious into his robotic training.
Citizen 13 is a big kid at heart but takes on a serious tone when he is in the middle of a mission. He has a serious thing about not harming innocent people to make up for the things he has done in his past. He has no qualms about taking out the bad guys and is currently contracted with the government to help on special missions.

Well, if the stone count is under 60 you might be able to pull this off, but let me just say that he's going to be a MONSTER if he has all of this and you build him the right way The Power Gamer in me says go for it, but the GM in me says do you really need enhanced healing factorAND reconstitutionAND tech/inventing? *shivers*

Ya, 13 wasn't going to have the inventing/tech thing originally but then I remembered he is not in his own world so he would have to build his own stuff, etc.
He really does not need reconstitution, I can easily trade that for Immortality, might give me a few extra stones as well.
If you have suggestions on how to build him right please post, I am kind of new at this game still so my creation fu is not that strong.
Oh ya, I call then vibro swords but I am not sure what type of sabre/sword osbournes son hadf in Spider-Man 3, I just know was bad ass and it did not have a problem cutting though just about n e thing.

Allright *cracks knuckles* lets see what I can do
My personal recomendation is to stay away from Ninja, its only useful for dual wielding and after that the math breaks down.
A decent Ranged Combat is around 4 or 5, dont forget Targeting
Check the D&R chart for your abilities and find where you think they should be
Do you want the equipment to give you free stones?

Ya, I think Ninja is over priced so you can toss that out.
Off of the top of my head a Ranged combat skill of 4 or 5 would be fine and close combat 7 would work as well.
Yes, I want my equipment to give free stones.
Hope this helps.
