BTW.... I have no intention of making this part of the game, but someone asked me if this was going to happen, and I felt tempted to try and make the CAD anyway... Enjoy, I largly based him on Stark's CAD for him...

MODIFIERS
The Promised One +3
-As PCPT, but adds to any action related to/used against/used about the Necronomicon or the Army of Darkness. As the "Promised One", Ash is as his best when facing his nemesis... ses, in some kind of way, and this modifier reflects just that. For example, it would apply to combat actions used VS skeletons raised by the Necronomicon or a Deadite, it would apply for making research on the Army of Darkness... it would apply on Technology used to prepare devices of war to destroy the Deadites... and it would apply to vehicle operation for driving the Death Coaster to destroy some skeletons! Ash would aslo get it as a modifier to his Social Skills when, for example, rallying people against the Army of Darkness. It applies to any and all action(s), but only in matters linked to the AoD in some way, so it pretty much evens itself out. Wether or not this is worth a -1 to Cost Level depends on wether or not the GM intends to use the Army of Darkness often or not in the game.
-Cannot link directly to computers (d'uh. -1 CL)
Healing Factor
Energy Battery 1
Deep Reserves 1
Reflexive Dodge +3
Toughness +1
Fast-Draw +3
Targeting +2
Resistance to Fear +3
Mental Defense +3
Wealth: 1
Reconstitute Self (More or less)
-Ash does die when killed (... nay, really). However, the world(s) needs its Promised One, so usually, if the threat of the Necronomicon isn't over or rises again (it always does!), another Ash appears from another dimension to kick its sorry butt. The new Ash is pretty much the same, although he does not have the same memories as the late one, and usually is a bit less experienced (a "Reconsituted Ash loses 5 LoEs and usually does not remember what happened in the dimension he now is in. If he did not have 5 LoEs, he loses what LoEs he had and that's it. He doesn't lose ANs already increased even if it was through LoEs). For exemple, he may not remember his former teammates and must go through that painful "hey man, nice to meet ya, what's yer name?" process all over again.
CHALLENGES
-Duty (-3; the Promised One. As the Promised One, Ash must act as a Promised One and carry out the job of the Promised One, which is to oppose and destroy the evil forces of the Necronomicon wherever and whenever it shows up and save the world and yadda yadda yadda... y'know, as a Promised One tends to do. You want me to say "Promised One" again? Fine. Promised One. Satisfied now?)
-Schmuck (-3; as heroic as he can sometimes be, Ash is still a total schmuck. This means that, sometimes, even the Man will screw things up, in a really bad kind of way. Like, say he must say three specific words aloud when picking up a certain book and end up saying "Klatuu Verata Nikphhlllbhhh" instead of "Klatuu Verata Niktou"... and the result is waking up the whole army of the dead. Oops. Additionally, this Challenge includes "Clumsiness" from the Spidey-Guide, which means every time Ash does something, if substracting one stone from his action made him fail, he fails by some kind of clumsy mistake. If not, no stone is substracted.)
-Clown (-1; sometimes Ash just don't know when to shut up, and that includes his sense of humor. One joke too many will sometimes lead him into a world of trouble, and he just can't help it.)
-Extreme Vanity (-2; Ash's the Man, and he knows it. To him, he's so darn cool, brave and honest-to-god pretty that he likes to remind others of it. To say he has a pretty high idea of himself is the understatement of the millenia.)
-Conflicting interests (-3; for all his badassness, arrogance and ability to spit in evil's face, Ash is still somewhat a coward at heart, and he often would rather leave the fighting to others if he could help it. He is a big fan of the "Running away to fight another day" motto. At the end of the day, though, he usually gets over it and becomes the hero he claims to be, but this side of him tends to get in the way at first.)
-Missing hand (-2; you know the jazz, evil got in his hand and he lopped it off at the wrist. Ash only gets a -2 challenge for this, however, because he carries several artificial steam-powered "gauntlet-hands" that can move like a normal hand, as well as other... tools... he can put at the end of his stump, like... say... chainsaws and stuff. Also, Ash created the device himself during the middle ages, so he knows how to make others with only minimal technology)
-Deadly Enemies (-5; the Necronomicon, the Army of Darkness as a whole and deadites worldwide. They all hate him. And the reverse is true. Also add Sousuke Aizen, and Hollows in general)
EQUIPMENT
-Groovy Gauntlet +1 (works as claws when used to punch the lights out of somebody. Otherwise, this is a little wonder of a device that works almost as well as a normal hand, and Ash usually uses this in his everyday life or whenever he doesn't feel like strapping on a chainsaw instead.)
-Boomstick (actually, it's a double-barreled shotgun of the "I'm gonna blow your brains up" category. A +4 (2x damage, AP) ranged weapon of pure pain, destruction and ruthless efficiency. It can hold two bullets plus two in each chamber, for a total of four bullets, but to get the full +4 you must fire two at once. One can fire only a single shot at once for a "mere" +2 (2x damage, AP) if he wants. Reloading two shells takes one action.)
-Zanpaktou: Bonesaw McGraw. Has three forms
--(Sealed) Chainsaw (+4, 2x damage unlike Ash's normal chainsaw, it has no need for gasoline and is fueled by Ash's spiritual pressure)
--(Shikai) (Activation command: Let 'er rip!) Ash's arm generates a new artificial hand that has a gauntlet that goes all the way up and covers his shoulder (+1 to strength of arm.) His chainsaw turns into a slightly oversized katana with a white-hot chainsaw like blade. (+5, AP, 2x damage) In addition to that the weapon has thrusters on the reverse edge of the blade. Allowing Ash to use the technique "Thruster Slash" (If activated the Weapon gains a +2 to it's weapon modifier, and generates an 8 stone sonic blast (Vs dur, damage is taken out of oponents red stones) versus all within an area of 3 (Ash is immune to the technique as long as he has the weapon in hand) Ash can only use this technique every 5 panels.
--(Bankai) Big Bad Bloody Bonesaw McGraw. Ash's chainsaw disappears and a weird vehicle manifests around his body. A 6-wheeled armored vehicle forms the base, and a giant robotic upperbody grows out of a turret on top. Ash is partially fused into the torso of the machine, his arms, and (to a lesser extent) are free allowing him to still use his boomstick. The arms of the robot have no hands but 2 giant chainsaws on each end instead, they are also capable of extending to great distances. A large, very fast, and VERY sharp helicopter-like rotar is in front. And each tie has a 3-foot long bladed spike sticking out. The vechicle has the following stats.
---Dificulty to Operate: 0 (Only the Zanpaktou's weilder can operate it)
---Resistance to Operate: 0
---Defense Modifier: 5
---Manuver modifier: 2
---Speed: 5
---Vehicle Damage: 52
---Weight: 9
---Weapons: Giant rotar +6 (AP), Chainsaw arms +6 (2x damage, range 3), Wheel spikes +3
-Ammo for the Boomstick (say, 20 shells)
-Travelling bag with some medical supplies and shoulder-strapped holster for the Shotgun
