Disclaimer: This is not going to be an accurate representation of The Judeo-Christian Creator, for a number of reasons. Neither is this a thread for any level of debate about the existence thereof. However, I do ask that we make the assumption that an entity synonymous with the one described in the Bible exists in the Marvel Universe alongside the Odins and the Ras and the Amaterasus. With that assumption, and no further ado:

Holy Magic
CL = AN + 2
Users of this magical action may have special calling from a powerful God, a gift of the Holy Spirit, or devotion to a Holy order. As an agent or semi-avatar of this deity, heroes with Holy Magic are able to revitalize, revive and repair any object or entity, teleport themselves or other objects mysteriously, hide the appearance of themselves of others, summon powerful angels that approximate telekinetic and light effects.
Characters who possess this action are not necessarily the most moral or spiritual representatives of their deity or order, however, they are, invariably, the most dedicated, and typically have some purpose or destiny that is not immediately clear.
Features:
- All effects take effect the following panel
- Can Repair any object, spend stones as healing against health or against damge dealt to object (GM determined).
- Hide presence, as invisibility, spend stones for area and duration, 'anchor' moves at will
- Function as teleportation, spend stones for weight and range.
- Pacify, functions as fear, spend stones for area, duration and stones of effect
- Can create any natural substance, spend stones for area/volume, hardness. Substance is permanent.
- Can Summon Photokinetic Telekinetic Beings or Effects, spend stones for weight, duration, area, hardness, and stones of effect.
- AN acts as Modifier for Magical Healing.
- AN acts as Magical Defense Modifier.
- Does not require Mastery of Magic to purchase.
- Cannot be used along with any other Magical action.
Options:
Meditation (+1 to CL) - Can build up an additional AN stones of effect by taking an additional panel and spending the stones in that panel, creating 2 panels worth of effect in a single panel.
Life Mission (+1 to CL )- Can Substitute up to AN stones for any ability (spend stones for duration)
Spiritual Gifts (+1 to CL) - Can Combine with Any Action. Stones for action must be spent following panel to coincide with effect. Can add effects of unbought options to actions for 1 red stone/cost level. Cannot add duration to actions, effect lasts as long as action does. Pay additional 1 CL if this can help others.
Backfires (-1 to CL) - When used to perform selfish acts, Holy Magic has negative side effects of equal effect number. (GM determined)
Notes:
While not the most potent Magical action, it has the benefit of combining magical travel, healing and widespread masteries into one action. I think that keeps it balanced, under the assumption, of course, that other magical actions are balanced. Considering the luck and planning needed to make the panel delay work, I'd guess they are. It's just that danged duration that makes everything so extensive.
