Hey gang, new guy here. When creating a character and it shows Action Number + 7 Levels, does that mean the action number AND the cost if it were at Level 7? Please help! Hey Oan, welcome to the boards! ^__^ "AN+7" means that you add 7 to the Action Number to determine the cost. So, AN 1 would have a cost level of 8 (1+7), which is 9 white stones. AN 3 would be cost level 10 (3+7), which is 15 white stones. I hope that answers your question! ~TWF

Thank you very much! I knew we were doing something wrong. We made up 6 characters and each one could take on the X-Men by themselves.

Hi I've been on the forum for a year just Reading cause your stories are amazing. Recently I've been thinking of joining in starting with Zomboys game. But even with his help I still don't get how to make a cad and among other things. So should I buy some book to get a better understanding?

But even with his help I still don't get how to make a cad and among other things. So should I buy some book to get a better understanding? Buying or otherwise acquiring the book will definitely help with character creation, although some GM's might help you out if need be. Be warned the rules are weirdly counterintuitive in places (especially character gen) but it evens out during actual play. Hope you can join us!

There are some used copies of the MURPG Core Rulebook going for around $12 on Amazon. There are also supplements for the X-Men and Hulk and the Avengers which have some additional actions/modifiers/etc. (on top of more profiles and stuff). The Spider-Man Guide to New York is a pretty good fan-published supplement as well, and is free, which is always nice. You're on your own looking for download links or torrents, though, sorry.

I'm fairly useless when it comes to rules questions, but feel free to ask around, someone is always helpful. Oh, and welcome!
