I have to disagree. I own most of the batman comics that have come out over the past 15 to 20 years and he apsolutly does not have that kind of power. His stats are not what makes him a bad ass. Its that he out thinks and manuevers the bad guys. Also DC has definetly released difrent versions of batmans suit and such but it has never, ever enhanced his strength or anything else. Unless we are talking the cartoon batman beyond. His physicals stats should be no higher than 3 . There is after all a reasone they call it "peak human" also his costume is not PA but it has alot of tricks to it such as 3 difrent types of vision lences and such. If he has any touphness at all wich is a power it should come from the costume but not his training that what reflexive dodge is for.

Agreed, the whole point of Batman is that he has no "powers" to speak of. That boy's all smarts, training, and technique. Not to mention piles of cash. Putting his stats down on the 3 end of things may seem kinda low, but keep in mind the kind of villians he has to face down. It's mostly psychological villians. The character is at heart a detective. A crazy badass detective that dresses like an animal to scare the crap out of people, but a detective nonetheless. Given the time, he's able to think his way around most enemies and situations.

I have never ever seen Batman invent anything and I have read three quarters of the bat-family. Bruce Wayne ain't super-human, contrary to what that stupid world's finest comic would have you believe.
He is rich though. Really really obscenely wealthy and privileged. And a genius. And stunningly creative. And has incredible good looks. (I once saw a girl go through 12 TPB's just looking at his lips)
He owns Wayne enterprises, which has a military technology division. And he has a personal engineer in the Bat-cave. With a general knowledge of a really, really well educated and incredibly well traveled man, who is as gifted in the brains as say doctor doom (what's that a six?) There's no limit to what he can dream up. With a business skill as high as he has coupled with his great intellect, and his family connections--being a Wayne is powerful not just in name directly but in presence, he's grown up in the social circles of the most powerful people in the world and knows them personally. He can locate and purchase anything he wants to fight his crime wars.
Bruce is effing crazy, He's just been trough too much, seen too much and is too naturally driven. I'd increase the mental defense.
I officially defend leadership. He can tell people what to do, and people want him to tell him what to do. He inspires fierce loyalty, everyone in the bat family worships him, even if they won't openly admit it. If it is true for Cyclops it is true for Batman.

And I believe that Technology allows modification, thus Batman would be able to get top notch tech, and then modify it to fit his needs. Inveting would allow him to build his own toys. Maybe should ditch Inventing?

I don't agree with Batman having a Toughness modifier or a Durability above 3. He is, afterall, still just a man. Peak human is 3. That's what makes Batman so special: he does so much that super-powered beings can do, and he has no super powers, no super-soldier serum, and no mutant powers.

I agree to 3 Max. for Strength and Speed, but Agility 4 is deda-on. I would also put his Intelligence closer to 6. I would only give him 6/7 in Close Combat, not Ninja. Durability would = 3 Max. Intell. based Energy.
