If Density reduced to 0, user's body become limp to avoid attacks and can float like a piece of paper (but isn't truly Phased; Energy-based area attacks can still hurt them, while Physical-based Area attacks merely push them out of the area). Density increases only also increase weight if the user wants it to. Being trained in Tekkai Kenpo, Hanzaru is also able to move despite using Tekkai, which means she does not need to remain immobile while using it.

-Tekkai Go: Using this technique doubles the stones of Toughness one may receive from using Tekkai, but it costs 3 stones per panel to maintain rather than 1. - Geppo: Grants a permanent bonus of +1/4 this action's AN, rounded up, to the user's Leaping modifier, adding it if the user didn't have it in the first place. Additionally, allows user to fly as per the action "Flight", Perfect Maneuverability, at 1/3 this action's AN, rounded up, by kicking the air in such a way as to project oneself very quickly, even in mid-air. Doing so obviously requires the use of at least one leg, therefore having both legs immobilized somehow prevents the use of Geppo to fly.
- Rankyaku: A sharp, compressed air blade created by moving a limb or weapon at a very high speed and strength. Works as a weapon modifier to Ranged Combat of half this Action's AN, rounded up, adding any two of the following advantages: 2x damage, AP, Normal and/or Stun damage, Area effect 5 (either normal, Centered on self or around point of impact), may increase with stones. Any use of Rankyaku performed with two legs adds +2 to the attack.
- Shigan: This technique is essentially the act of pushing one's finger into a target at incredible speed, leaving a wound similar to that of a bullet. Works as a Weapon modifier to Close Combat of 1/3 of this action's AN, with 2x damage, AP advantages. +2 is added to the technique if using two hands.
-Haihi-ru Shigan: This variation of the technique allows Hanzaru to use Shigan with her heels and the toes of her pumps, gaining only a 1/4 of the AN, but also adding the Wpn.mod from her pumps.
-Hadashi Shigan: This variation allows Hanzaru to use this technique with her bare feet, more specifically her toes. This adds only 1/4 of this action's AN as a Wpn.modifier, but is still useful when her hands are otherwise occupied. - Soru: This can actually be used to move extremely fast at speeds vastly exceeding what is physically possible. In effect, it allows the user to use their Speed as a Flight Speed, but restricted on two dimensional movement (i.e: Cannot ascend without a surface) by spending stones in this action. Maximum Speed is either this action's AN or the user Speed's An, whichever is lower. Additionally, it allows for quick bursts of speed, working as Teleport, at 1/ this action's AN (with disadvantage "May only 'teleport' in places which they could have reached by themselves normally; in other words, the user cannot get through walls.
- Rokuogan: This powerful technique allows a user to function in a similar way to an Impact or even a Reject Dial, which means they gain the ability to directly absorb kinetic energy through their body and release it in a powerful shockwave that will send their foe flying and damage them internally. Of course, they gain base energy when moving around and performing actions by themselves, in which case it works as an Impact Dial, but they get more power out of external energy, which then works as a Reject Dial. In effect, the user may put stones in this to combine with a Close Combat attack, making said attack 2x damage and AP (Ignore 3 stones of No AP), which projects victim at a range of 4 from the strength of the impact. In order to use the more powerful version, the user must absorb stones of kinetic energy (such as a punch, a tackle, a car crashing into them, etc), spend stones in this, and combine the result to Close Combat... which, if it connects, then acts as an Atk VS Durability of this Action's AN + the stones of kinetic energy absorbed (maximum Damage of 5w), AND sends the foe flying at a range of 6. NOTE: The user isn't immune to kinetic energy; when it is said they must absorb it, it means they need to take the hit and shift stones in defense to take it. Stones that get through and deal damage do not count, the rest are 'absorbed' at a rate of 1 per 2 stones of attack blocked. If a user has this action at less than AN 7, then performing this action will also harm the user, as per an Attack VS Durability of half as many stones as the ones used against the enemy. If the user has an AN of 8 and more, it simply makes them tired, giving them a -1 to all actions which stacks with repeated uses, up to -3. An hour of rest negates this penalty.
-Sai Dai Rin: This technique works the same as the base Rokuogan... except that it requires the user to be in the hybrid form of a Zoan to use, with more strength and larger fists to unleash more power. It also requires a tail to hold the victim while unleashing the attack. It adds +5 to either type of Rokuogan attack (maximum damage of 7w if using the Reject Dial type), negates their Reflexive Dodge (as they are being held by the tail), and adds +2 to the range at which the enemy is sent flying.

If she does, she gains a base increase of +2 to all Physical Abilities, an always active Growth of (amount of stones achieved in this action at the time of the transformation divided by 3, rounded up) which further increases her monstrous strength representing her size, an always active Stretching of the same amount, represented by her length, and a base Flight of 5, all of which can be further boosted with the Snake Morph ability. In this form, Boa's body is mostly made of pure weather energy (air, wind, water, electricity, etc), and as such she gains the same intangibility and near invulnerability of Logia users, making her near invincible in that form... though she can still be defeated by powerful Haki users or other means (a Mental bolt, for example).

CHALLENGES
-Memorable (-2; Boa Hancock is quite possibly the sexiest, most beautiful woman in the entire world, though not everyone would agree. Still, she is indeed striking, extravagant, has a flamboyant personality and is certainly not shy about herself. Not mentioning, she is one of the three Admirals of the Marines. Needless to say, most anyone who sees her remembers her and finds it hard to forget her.)
-Psychological (-2; Arrogant and prideful. Hanzaru has a very high level of self-esteem, and confidence in her capabilities, just like her colleagues Kizaru and Fujitora. She does not take insults (or at least, what she perceives as insults) lightly, and tends to expect people to show her the proper respect for a person of her rank... and more importantly, her beauty.)
-Psychological (-3; for all her seeming cold and emotionless, prideful and scornful attitude, the truth is that this is a mask Boa uses as a defense mechanism in fear of getting too close to others, which, she is afraid, may cause her to suffer again. In truth, she is a kind, compassionate and caring woman, who just hasn't the true confidence to be herself just yet, despite what her looks and attitude would suggest.)

She still is today, and although she does love the feeling, she tries to keep it a secret, because she has trouble concentrating while being tickled, a fact a craft foe might try using against her. She loses that weakness when she assumes her Quetzalcoatl true form, though, as she is mostly made of energy at that point.)
-Deadly enemies (-5; many and varied. As a Marine Admiral, Hanzaru is the enemy of most pirates, and of most anyone who opposes the World Government. Few of those she hates personally, but nearly all of them would fight her for what she represents alone... if they are crazy or strong enough to do so, anyway.)
-Wanted (-0; not actually so, in fact... but if Boa ever resigns or deserts in order to pursue her own agenda and without respecting the World Government's conditions, she could become one of the most wanted women alive due to her power, her Devil Fruit, and her beauty.)
-Weakness of Water/Seastone (-2; if a Devil Fruit user is even only partly submerged in water, they temporarily weaken and take a -2 stimod to all their Devil Fruit-based actions. Moreover, if they are submerged up to the knee, they become immobilized and weak, sinking fast. Essentially, it is the same as being reduced below 1 white stone of Health, but without the wounds. At this point, they better have a good friend willing to give them a hand nearby, or else they may drown. Note: Moving water, such as waves or rain, does not affect a Devil Fruit user, although still water does. -3-inches red high heels (+2 weapon each, indestructible, made with Seastone soles which negate her Devil Fruit powers when worn, but also those of her opponents when she kicks them. This allows her to use one of two advantages (usually going with the second when fighting seriously): keep her shoes on to kick her enemy into tomorrow while negating both of their Devil Fruit powers if any, or slip off her shoes and go at it seriously. It is in fact part of Admiral Hanzaru's reputation that when she drops the shoes, onlookers could do a lot worse than run for their lives.)
-Admiral Longcoat (+2 defense. This white longcoat with blue epaulettes is a symbol of her authority as an Admiral, and is rather classy. While she rarely wears her actual uniform in favor of her more sexy clothes, she usually wears this longcoat over her shoulders like a cape, with an elegant brooch keeping it from falling when she moves.)
-Salome (Actually a living, talking snake which can assume several 'forms', including a staff (+5 weapon), a longbow (+3, 2x damage, Base Range 4), a rope (+2, may be used to bind foes), a throne, and other variety of 'forms'. Salome is usually carried by wrapping itself around Boa's body, in a way which they both find comfortable and non-hindering.)

STORY: Very similar to the original Boa Hancock, with the following differences: she and her sisters were actually enslaved by a group of cruel pirates rather than Celestial Dragons, and they were rescued by Marines under the command of Monkey D. Garp (she was never fed the Mero Mero no Mi, unlike her original self). This lead her to dislike pirates and admire Marines, although she still hates men just as much, maybe even more, because the pirates did not have the appearance of decency some of the World Nobles try to maintain. She grew up under the influence of Garp, and worked and studied hard to become a Marine, with the added bonus of the Marines leaving Amazon Lily alone, under Garp's authority.
Her amazing potential got her promoted quickly, and she started taking on more responsibilities and harder missions. She eventually led a group against a powerful pirate leader, whom she killed with her own hands, strangling him on the spot. She then recovered a strange Devil Fruit from the man's corpse, as he was apparently planning to sell it on the Black Market to become rich. She, on the other hand, was well aware of the potential power of the fruits, so she decided to take a chance and a bite. The fruit proved to be a very powerful, extremely rare Mystical Zoan type, that of Quetzalcoatl, the Feathery Serpent, granting her powers that vastly exceeded those she already had. She was made a vice admiral a few months after, in recognition of her loyalty, hard work, and newfound immense power.
After a few more years, she acquired enough experience and personal power to be recognized as superior to her fellow vice-admirals. So when Akainu was promoted to Fleet Admiral, she was selected as his replacement as one of the Marines' top fighters and commanders.
As she never used her attractiveness for activating the Mero Mero no Mi's power, she never tried it against Luffy, and thus never developed the infatuation original Boa had for him. Besides, people have resisted her sexiness before, although those are but a handful. So it probably wouldn't have had such a big impact anyway. Facts are, she is single, she greatly dislikes men, and the only thing that makes her respect and tolerate Luffy is the fact he's the grandson of Garp.
