Saw the abilities "Ironwill" and "Nerve Punch" in the Guide to Spiderman, and after reading it I said "that has Martial Arts Master" written all over it. So, after a little work... I came up with this.
Ki Okomoto - A.K.A "K.O."

Abilities- Years of training and meditation have been spent to gain enlightenment. Ki has gained acrobatic skills and physical prowess that rivals the best athletes. He has also learned how to channel Chi through his body; improving his combat abilities by channeling his powerful life energy and then applying it to specific areas of weakness in his enemies.
Modifiers- His ability to channel his CHI has improved his durability and over all toughness, as well as improve his speed and agility. He has also gained the ability to read his opponent's actions so to properly defend against blows.
Bio- After his family was attacked and killed in a mass attack by the Yakuza, baby Ki Okomoto was saved by Tang Hui - a devoted Budhist temple monk and leader of "The Righteous Hand" (a special combat group that defends those in need and promote peace and enlightenment). There, he lived in their world of order and peace, and grew to be a wise and strong man. He took on his own student when friends from the west entrusted their teenage daughter to him and the order - so as to teach her responsibility and maturity, and soon the two grew into a powerful team. But prosperity would be short lived; after the temple refused to pay the Yakuza their demanded "tribute", they lashed out, killing the monks and members of the Righteous Order.
Ki Okomoto and his student escaped unscathed, but Ki to this day is haunted by the sight of his master's death and the temple's flaming remains. His student took this act as a sign - to fight against the Yakuza and establish peace once and for all. Ki refused to conduct acts of vengence as he believed it was unholy, but to keep his solemn oath and promise he instead took the responsibility of acting as guardian and protector, defending her on her journey to avenge the order and protect the innocent.
