How would this (SEE THE SUBJECT) possibly be represented in Heroics as a SPFX?

That's a really good question. There ought to be a rule for it, as it's an integral part of comics these days (like it or not).
Perhaps there could be an XP cost associated with coming back from the dead, which would give very powerful characters a reason to bank up a lot of XP.
More likely, though, it should involve the other players going on some sort of side-quest to save you, or bring you back. I'm not really sure what that player would be doing during all of that, though. Ideally they shouldn't just be sitting there twiddling their thumbs, waiting for something to happen.

What about using it on others? Thanks for the answer by the way.

What about using it on others? Thanks for the answer by the way. Honestly? I'd make an SFX called 'Revive the Dead" (or something thematically appropriate) that costs 1PP and revives a dead person. Most limitations in Marvel Heroic are thematic, not systematic. That is the theory behind how the game is balanced. It doesn't always work, but it does often enough. There are no perfect systems. Remember, if the Watcher wants the players to have to work for it, he can always lose a die from the Doom Pool and say "Sorry Doctor Strange... something is interfering with your magic and you can't seem to reach Wong's soul..."

Thank you for the answer. I speak my mind usually, in a nice (sometimes alarmed) way. I meant no disrespect on the Fantastic Four board. I hope you know that.
