Doing so can sometimes grant her Armor (up to +3, No 2x damage, +3 Magical Defense depending on type) and Weapons (up to +4, 2x damage, Limited AP, Range 4, depending on type), according to the form.
Lifestream Avatar
-Once per day, Elena is able to forcibly draw out massive amounts of lifestream energy into her body, transforming into a living Lifestream Avatar for a short period of time. When she does so, all her Physical Abilities go up by +5, as well as Reflexive Dodge and Toughness (which becomes No AP); Power Level improves by 2 and Energy Battery by 3. She receives a +3 Lifestream modifier which adds to all Magical actions for the duration of the effect (up to Elena's improved Durability in panels). Last but not least, Destiny Force may be used for various purposes, if allowed by GM, usually for changes that will either benefit the planet, or at least not endanger it. The only drawback to this effect is that once it is over, she is fatigued for 10 panels (taking -2 to all Physical actions), and has Reduced Lifestream energy (-3 to all FF-related Magical actions) for one hour.)
Limit Breaks

-Elena has three different Limit Breaks, described as follows:
- Deadeye (MN 5; +5 to Ranged Combat with Firearms. Elena stares down the barrel of her gun at her target, locates a vital area and opens fire with a very powerful shot!)
- Love-Me Kiss (MN 7; This makes Elena able to use her Turk Combat as a Mental Attack ala Telepathy (Empathic Projection), to charm a victim by planting a passionate kiss on their lips in the middle of a fight.)
- Life and Eternity (MN 8; +8 to Lifestream Conduit. Drawing upon her massive Lifestream and Mako reserves, Elena manifests massive wings of light and creates a very powerful Lifestream effect that may very well change the fate of the world.)

CHALLENGES
-Psychological (-2; Turk mindset. While the Turks and Shinra have changed into good guys nowadays, Elena still grew up and trained all her life as per the Company's original ruthlessness and the Turk's shady and dark purposes. While she is honestly trying to be good, sometimes old habits die hard, and she might appear cold, calculated, and put 'the job' before anything else, unless she realizes her mistake before it's too late.)
-Psychological (-2; no nonsense. Elena is a professional, and she takes her job VERY seriously. She doesn't like to relax when there's a job to do, and she has a difficult time relaxing when on duty, unless it is, in fact, part of the job.)
-Psychological (-1; submissive. Despite her recently acquired formidable powers, Elena has been trained to take orders, to obey them, and expects to be punished if she fails or disobey. This gave her... a peculiar understanding of life.)
-C.T.S.U.F.U (-3; despite her various flaws, Elena is a genuinely good person who only wants to help people in need. She will often go out of her way to help people if at all possible.)

The Pfeifer Zeliska is the biggest handgun in the world, weighing in an 13.23 lbs and having a length of 22 inches. It requires 3 in Strength to even be able to fire it properly due to the formidable recoil.)

-Last Order (The Last Order is Elena's Ultimate Weapon, appearing as a masterfully crafted, large silver High caliber pistol. It is a +5, 2x damage, AP, Range 5 handgun with unlimited ammo. Its Wpn.modifier will go up by +3 against targets a person she considers her superior has ordered her to kill. It can hold up to 8 Materias. She does not usually makes use of this weapon very often, rather preferring her regular sidearm unless it proves necessary.)

STORY: Elena grew up admiring her older sister, a member of the Turks known for her gunslinging skills, but eventually grew tired of always being in her sister's shadow. She trained hard to one day join the Turks and exceed her sister's skills, proving to be a prodigy from a very young age. While she was highly talented with guns, she focused initially on martial arts to be recognized for other reasons than her big sis.
Unfortunately, her sister was eventually killed in action during a high risk mission, an event which changed her perception of life. She was saddened of having spent those years being jealous of her beloved sister, and regretted not having spent more time with her. She began training with her guns anew, and eventualy joined the Turks with honors, and became their youngest member when Reno was badly hurt against Avalanche.
She fought both during the Jenova Wars - on the wrong side of the conflict back then - and the Deepground Conflict (this time fighting on Avalanche's side), gaining a lot of combat experience and proving her valor time and again. With Rufus Shinra now one of the leading forces of good in the world, she has abandoned a lot of her past darker side, to become a true heroine.
Recently, Elena was sent alongside Tseng to investigate an old cavern said to be filled with Mako that had been unhearted by an earthquake. As the two were exploring, another earthquake shook the cavern to its foundations, and it began to cave-in. Tseng escaped, but Elena remained trapped... only to be flooded in the rising river of lifestream energy which was at the bottom of the cave the whole time. Tseng thought her dead...
...but she returned days later, having lost any memory of the event, and being gifted with fantastic powers over the lifestream. Tests soon revealed that not only could she manipulate it as she wished, granting her formidable mystical powers, but she was actually essentially formed of pure lifestream energy assuming her normal human form.
While even she doesn't understand her powers, and fears them a little, Elena has become one of the biggest tools of the forces of good in her Universe. Still, she does her best to simply strive as a Turk and obeys her orders...
...because such is the duty of a member of the Turks.
