She-Hulk
"Thanks... yeah, I think I need some rest. I need to deal with all of this..." she sighed. "...Later."
She lay down on the mattress, covering herself with the blanket properly, looking blankly ahead. She wondered how long she was going to be there... if she would be able to leave at all. She slowly closed her eyes and tried to get some rest.

Some time later, back in the Marvel Universe.
The court case is going on as your firm try to advocate a postponement until you can be found.
"I'm afraid that is not possible." The judge says. "If Ms. Walters does not show up in the next 10 seconds I will be forced to throw this case out."
*ZAP!!!* enter you being dumped back into this would in the middle of the courtroom... Without even the blanket.

"Gyaaah!?" the jade giantess let out, looking around in complete and utter confusion, covering herself with her hands, and blushing quite a bit. "Oh, for Stan Lee's sake..." she let out in embarrassment.

"Okay, now that our attorney is here, we can proceed with the case."
"Sir the defense requests a motion for a postponement until the plantiff's attorney can put some freaking clothes on."
"Motion denied. Ms. Walters will proceed with the case as she is." The judge says banging his gavel while recording you on his smartphone.

"W-What?!" the jade giantess let out in embarrassment. "Is that even legal?..." she grumbled to herself, still covering herself as best as she could.
She sighed, taking an instant to look on the Prosecution side to see if they had at least brought her pieces of evidence.

(Actually in a Lawsuit the technical term is Plaintiff)
"Only here, and in Alabama." The bailiff explains.
Sure enough they have all your evidence and notes at the ready.

(OOC: Really? Are you sure? Wasn't the plaintiff the person/people who initiates the lawsuit, a.k.a the 100 families who hired me to prosecute J. Jonah Jameson?)
She-Hulk
Jennifer sighed deeply.
"...F-Fine. Members of this court... your honor. We are gathered here today to finally bring to justice the real mastermind behind the deaths, pain, and suffering brought upon the people of New York at the hands of the multi-murderer known as the Scorpion. This is very clearly an open-and-shut case, your honor, and the - incredibly damning, by the way - evidence we will provide will prove, once and for all, that the defendant, the owner of the Daily Bugle, J. Jonah Jameson, is guilty on all charges without the shadow of a doubt", she stated despite her embarrassment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9 into Law Skill (Court protocol, Laws) to make my opening statement.

(Yes, but I don't think that makes you a prosecutor since no one is being tried for a crime, but for legal liability... Forgive me I'm not too keen on how it works in a civil case, my only experience comes from daytime court shows where lawyers are absent.)
"This is completely ridiculous." Jameson declared.
"Your Hitler mustache is ridiculous!" The judge declared. "Buuuuurn!"
The defense makes it's opening statement... Basically about how while Jameson was the backer behind the experiments, he could not have possibly known Gargan would turn into the psychopath he eventually did, and therefore could not be held responsible for consequences he did not know would happen. Also since Gargan was the one who actually committed the crimes, he was the one who should be sued, and that the victim's families were clearly only trying to game the system by suing the richest man responsible regardless of where the blame truly lay.
The time comes to lay out evidence, and witnesses. (You can decide what that is. I have little idea what do have on my own.)

(OOC: Oh, it doesn't make her a prosecutor per se, but she would still be on the prosecution side, I believe - again, not sure: MY "knowledge" come from the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney games, lol. Don't worry, I haven't referred to her as a 'prosecutor' at any point, but she might mention the Prosecution side, which I think has the same name even for legal liability. On another note, I have little knowledge of the circumstances of the Scorpion's transformation and everything, so I will be a little vague.))
She-Hulk
Jennifer smirked, shaking her head as she produced several documents as evidence.
"I'm afraid the Defense's arguments don't hold water at all. The defendant funded the late Doctor Farley Stillwell's illegal experiment on a living, human being, with no regard to the risks and the likely dangerous results that the experiment could produce. As though the illegal nature of said experiment itself wasn't damning enough, the defendant also provided funding to the Doctor... in order to create the first battlesuit known as the Scorpion's Suit... again, an illegal piece of technology... and also a deadly weapon."
She brandished a picture of the suit, along with further submitted evidence regarding the suit's capabilities, and the superhuman powers granted by the experiment.
"...A tail with a blade, capable of striking at speeds reaching 90 miles an hour. Pincers on gloves, specifically designed to cut Spider-Man's webbing like paper. Superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, endurance, resilience, etcetera. The defendant was designing a super-villain to battle a costumed hero with no regard to anyone but his own satisfaction, and possibly his newspaper's sales. Even if Mac Donald Gargan had not gone insane, this would have been a completely out of hand mess."
She then turned to the judge and jury.
"I would also like to bring to the attention of this court that the man sitting in the defendant's chair claimed that all of this mess was the fault of, and I quote, 'that g***amn Spider-Man'." She smirked. "...The very same Spider-Man who saved the very life of the defendant over and over from the vendetta of Gargan himself who was seeking revenge for what he had made him. The hypocrisy here is even heavier than his guilt in this case."
...And so on. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9 into Law Skill (Laws, Court protocol) to mess the Defense up with a bunch of solid arguments and evidence.
6 in Social Skills to present them convincingly.

Luckily Awesome Andy comes in at that point with a fresh suit and heels for you. "Sorry the store didn't have underwear in your sizes." He writes on the blackboard while laying your emergency clothes on the table.
