IMPORTANT NOTE: Yep, I know there's a lot in here that needs to be polished and 'neutralized' (as in removing the elements linking to a specific character). Sorry about it, I'll be working on that. I just want all of my rules to be in one place so I can work on them as I go.

That's not how the Scarlet Eyes work.
The using all styles of Nen at 100% is exclusive to Kurapika who calls said ability "Emperor Time" in addition every second of using said ability takes a minute off his lifespan.
nevermind, just read your last post.

also minor nitpick, but stands are from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, not Negima.

Thanks for the info. I will add your comment to my notes in the Hunter X Hunter section.
But yeah, right now I'm just tossing every single house rule I ever made that I can get my hands on and tossing it all in the Manah-Tan Project threads, and once I'm done gathering them all, then I will correct/update/improve/clarify/classify them as necessary. For now it's more along the lines of tossing it all in the same basket so I don't have to run all over the place for it later.

also minor nitpick, but stands are from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, not Negima. No idea why I put that there in the first place. XD Thanks. But no need to go through each thread looking for things that don't belong, I will take care of that myself when I'm done gathering all the house rules.

Also, and I'm going to try to be as polite and non-confrontational about this as I can. I find your change to Immovability to be unnecessary. Basically instead of paying for immunity to being moved while you are conscious, you have to pay more for a resistance? You're basically making the Blob an impossible character to create by turning his main superpower into an expensive luxury that no one in your basic 40-stone game can afford.
Look at it this way... Blob in the basic game would have Immovability for 3w... a basic immunity.
Blob under your rules would have to spend 12 stones more for what is basically a total downgrade. (Anyone with over 10 str can lift and throw him as they please)

Hm.
While on one hand, I would argue that 'yeah, but how is it fair then that for 3 stones you get to resist being moved by someone who paid 15w to have a Str of 10 to move you', you do have a point in saying that it's actually an Immunity... I did not see it as such. It's true that 'being moved' is usually not that big of a deal and as such would qualify for Minor Invulnerability status.
Good point. Alright, changing it back to what it was. Thanks!

I made a hole bunch of teas i think about 2-3 months into rping i started what i called a "pre-CAD" where i would have a name info some back story 5-10 stones in challenges and some powers with people able to take a few options to flesh them out a bit, ad things like the "sidekick" "mutant" "veteran hero" ect. is that Kinda to what you mean? Close enough. My archetypes are even more general than that, though. It's literally going to be CADs for untrained, non-exceptional versions of various types of character. For example, a basic human, a basic lowlife thug, a guard dog, a basic police officer, and so on. That being said, could you please remove your post from the Archetypes section, Kito? As stated on the first page of this OOC, this here thread is the place to discuss what I post in the others, with said others being specifically meant to post my rules and so on.

I assume your archtypes are using your Star Wars DnR charts for str and spd, and such because otherwise I'm screaming bullcrap at those stats.
Hell even if you were using those I'd still scream bullcrap, but that's just me.

Not quite, I'm going to make a more omniversal/multiversal D&R chart which will work better for all universes rather than a more human level focused one, but I still want human limits to be above 3 to allow for more variations between individuals.
EDIT: If I was using the core books' normal rules, my 'normal' human maximum would be Int 8, Str 3, Agl 3, Spd 2, Dur 3, Toughness 2, Reflexive Dodge 2, Mental Defense +5, with a single physical stat that may go 1 AN higher.
EDIT 2: Also, I will remove the maximum stats from the templates anyway because they'll be covered in the Species section, and archetypes are basic average examples, so there's no need for maximums either way.

This is very cool, I really like the idea of D&D adaptations. Please keep them coming. I hate to have to be critical at all but it would be quite useful if you could include the white stone costs along with the item descriptions.

I hate to have to be critical at all but it would be quite useful if you could include the white stone costs along with the item descriptions. I appreciate your opinion and compliment, but as I mentioned in the OOC section of this thread, please refrain from posting in the content threads. If you wish to comment/discuss my work, the OOC thread is there for this very purpose, whereas the other threads are strictly for me storing my house rules and write-ups. EDIT: Thanks to takewithfood, your comment and this response have both been moved to the aforementioned OOC thread. As for the answer to your request, know that I intend to add the stone counts and everything when I can. Right now the Manah-Tan project is a bit all over the place, and lots of things are not properly reviewed, updated or written up; I will work on it whenever possible to make it clearer and usable for all. Should someone need something in particular, though, I can always try to focus on said thing next time I have an opportunity.

No problem. I just love to keep everything tidy, so if we start discussing in every channel, finding the rules themselves will quickly become a chore, lol. ^_^

Indeed, I hear you. I have been gleaning your core rules and they look great. I especially like the Mastery of Magic option to remove the preparation panel; it has been a standing house rule in my games as well, for about as long as I have been playing.
