That is definitely something you can do with the Medical Action. But I don't think it should be an option * It seems like it should naturally be part of, at least, the Medical Action since it is a "knowledge" Action * Unless the bonus was very high, a +X CL doesn't seem worth it * It is something that only occasionally happens. In most games at least, it isn't focused on.
But I can add some text under the rules for the Medical Action mentioning this function. Unless you still feel a Option would be fitting? Maybe an Option that makes you better at fixing "conditions".

Just thought about a obvious option for mutant/magical healing
• Resurrect (+4 or +6 CL): You have the power to bring people back from death. The Difficulty is equal to the time passed on the Duration row and the Resistance is double the Difficulty. The returned subject will have 1 white stone of health. For +4, you must have a mostly whole corpse. For +6, very little remains are needed. An eye, a finger, a strand of hair, etc. This can only be taken with the GM's permission.
NOTE: Not sure about the pricing. I mean.. Bring people back from the dead is a big thing in any game. I Was thinking of maybe increasing the Resistance even further to make it harder to use the power in the middle of a fight.

Dead seems fine I think you can just copy the pricing from mastery of death. and then if the gm does not like it he just will say no Resurrect dead and if he not a dick then they can get it easy.

Oh yea.. There was that Mastery of Death Well, looks like the pricing on that is "Only at GM Discretion". That isn't much of a pricing really Tried to add some more functionality to the option to make it a bit more interesting: • Resurrection (+4 or +6 CL): [Mutant/Magical and only at GM Discretion] Action number/Duration Row of the D&R Chart determines how far back the death can have occurred and still be able to be recoverable. The Resistance is double the Difficulty which is equal to the time passed. The returned subject will have 1 white stone of health. For +4, you must have a mostly whole corpse. For +6, very little remains are needed. An eye, a finger, a strand of hair, etc. You may make the resurrection non-permanent. You can spend stones on the Duration row to have it end. At the GM’s discretion, you can work out a way for the subject to remain alive (drink blood, sacrifice an innocent, etc.). This can only be taken with the GM's permission.
