I don't know what I did wrong, because this program used to work beautifully for me, but now I just get an error message that says "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query: "Recent" Make sure it exists and that it is spelled correctly" every time I try to start it up

I'm sorry you're having issues. Did this just start happening after upgrading to the latest version, or has this been happening awhile already? There were no changes in the latest version that would have affected the data tables. Try doing an uninstall (also make sure the file 'MURPG.dat' is deleted) and reinstall. That is an odd problem...

It started a while ago (before I tried this update). I was having trouble finding some of my information so I reorganized my hard drive. When I reinstalled the builder, I started getting that message. I'll try what you suggest

So, not to be rude, but can we expect a full version out tomorrow? I know we're all looking forward to it. ^_^

Just installed the program, but getting an error:
Databuilder.LoadConfig: "Could not load file or assembly "System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll" or one of it's dependencies. The system connot find the file specified."
LoadData: "Could not load file or assembly "System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll" or one of it's dependencies. The system connot find the file specified."
frmMain.frmMain_load: ""Config.dat" is missing or corrupt. Please reinstall MURPG Character Builder."
Repaired the install, got same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled. STILL got same error. Help!

I'm sorry you're having problems with the program. I've done a little research on your particular error and it seems to be an issue with .NET. In the 'Add/Remove Programs' area, click on .NET and try clicking on 'repair' or 'change'. Restart your computer and see if this helps. If not, completely uninstall .NET and reinstall it. Please let me know if this helps.

Repairing .NET seems to have fixed it. Thanks!

This is great for keeping my npcs at the correct power level. The only thin i noticed is that the resources from the two ebook are not in there. If anything the Spidey book should be included.

Thank you for your interest in my program! I debated whether to put those in or not, but I couldn't settle on a satisfactory way to implement that into the builder since that tends to be more appropriate within a game under the discretion of the GM instead of at generation. So rather than make a clunky feature, I dropped it altogether. If there's enough interest and someone can propose an agreeable system, I'll definitely consider adding it. It is possible that you could use the 'notes' or 'background' sections of the program to add in this information.
