Just dropping in for a brief “signing-off.” Last fall I felt the bug to get back into MURPG, but things rarely work out the way I plan. I really hate flaking out, especially when I was running a game, but IRL takes precedence and mine is typically a roller coaster! After the busy holiday season, I got promoted at work not once but twice, and I’ll be in training for my new position for another month. Since I was previously doing all my posting from my boring desk job, I suddenly found myself without time to post. As if that wasn’t enough, I’ve been caring for my wife and her ongoing health issues, and that’s been draining. So like I said, I think it’s time to sign off, for good this time. I’ve made friends with many of you, and I’d love to keep in touch off-board. As sad as it is to say goodbye, I completely understand and I 100% support your decision. I do hope you'll pop in from time to time if only to say hi and maybe read a thread or two. ^___^ Congrats on your promotion(s!) and best wishes with everything to come!

One more year, one more "I'll be away from home for two weeks due to the Holy Week in Spain" warning. As every year, I should still be able to normally reach this place through the laptop and the phone, but just wanted to write a warning in case some technicalities stop it.

Just letting you guys know, getting a minor surgery tomorrow morning, so I will likely be very much not around for the whole day, and possibly a while longer after that, depending how fast I recover enough to be able to sit down before a computer and type for any decent amount of time.
