An updated version in keeping with the new events within the Batclan. Here's a whack - not a lot of changes, except in equipment and some edited challenges to reflect some stuff I've found in reading his ongoing series. Might be some slight shifts as I get deeper into Batman: Reborn and the new Batman & Robin:

Equipment:
The Batsuit - (+3, No AP, No 2x damage from Firearms; bulletproof, lined with lead to protect his identity from meta-humans with the power to see through solid objects [suit is immune to X-Ray vision] and made of highly flexible armor plating made from Carbon composites and lightweight metal polymers. Insulated against Electricity and mildly fire resistant (Energy Defense 5 and 4 respectively against those elements), it is equipped with a full body electric shock delivery system that activates if anyone tries to take the Bat Suit off him without knowing how, and deals a 5 stones Electricity attack against the offender. Dick has removed the weights and uses a lighter, thinner cape, designed to aid in his acrobatic maneuvers, but equipped with a 'para-cape' that allows him to glide through the air. [Flight 2, Glide only]
Gauntlets/Boots - +1 Weapon Mod. Scallops on the edges are used to parry bladed weapons, and the gloves are protected from radiation, allowing Batman to handle radioactive objects.
-Utility Belt (equipped with security measures that makes it hard for anyone other than Batman himself to take it off [Str 5 to take Batman's utility belt off if against his will. Also causes the same 5 stones Electrification attack than that of the suit.]. Holds several cylinder cartridges in which Batman carries his numerous special equipment
Various Gadgets - Like his predecessor, Grayson has been seen to use a variety of gadgets for combat and other purposes, including:
- Batarangs (+2 ranged weapons, +3 to disarm, return to thrower's hand if they miss the target. Has a dozen per mission.)
- Grappling hook (40-yard, retractable micro-cord with sure grip, can raise up to 3 stones in weight. Adds +2 to combat or Acrobatics.)
- Smoke pellets (+2 to most escape attempts, Area 3, 6 per mission)
- Flash/Sonic/Knockout gas pellets (+2 Wpn.modifier, Stun damage only, Area 3, 6 per mission)
- Signal devices for his various vehicles
- Tracking Devices
- Flashlight
- Forensics kit
- Lockpicks (+2 to Lockpicking attempts)
- First-Aid Kit (Heals 1 white stone of Health, once per mission)
- Common antitoxins
- Gas mask
- Miniaturized Scuba Gear (1 hour air supply)
- Mini-computer
- Handcuffs
- Toolkits
- Flares
These are stored in the utility belt of the Batsuit.
Vehicles: Batman has access to a variety of bat-themed vehicles, including a jet and the infamous "Batmobile". A rather better job of detailing these than I can do can be found here:
murpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=conversions&action=display&thread=5854Challenges:
Haunted Past (2w) - Dick Grayson's family, the Flying Graysons, was murdered, but Dick's largely come to terms with the help of the Bat-Family, the Titans, and the number of other supports in the superhero community he's had. Still, it's the event that motivated him into joining Batman's crusade against crime.
Deadly Enemies (5w) - As the former Robin, Dick Grayson has a long list of enemies, including the Bat-family Rogues Gallery and the enemies of the Titans (Deathstroke especially)
Compulsion to stick up for the underdog (3w) - Dick takes from the Superman school of superheroics, and tends to hold himself to a pretty high standard.
Prying relations/associates/friends (2w) - Alfred still sees Dick as a son and tends to do his best to keep an eye out for Dick and keep Dick and Bruce from arguing too much.
Psychological, fear [1w]: Dick has worried for a long time [at least from the time he left his role as Robin, possibly longer] that he can't cut it - that one day he will make a mistake that costs him a little too much. Because of this, he holds himself to very high standards, and refuses to slip up.
