So the person would need to contact him by PM to exchange E-Mails or something in order not to violate the TOS for proboards. At any rate, I'm sure the books can still be found at various places. I'd be suprised if that hasn't happened before

Well, the simple answer is that some online stores still have the books for sale. So, they are not sold out, just out of print.
However, just so you all know, copyright is for the life of the author plus 75 years. The Marvel Universe RPG is copyright owned by Marvel Characters, Inc. So, the copyright on the Marvel Universe RPG is a LONG way from being expired and very much protected.

It's been a long time since the last post so here's a shot in the dark. I have 3 of the 4 books. Spiderman's guide to New York is as I understand impossible to find for sale, since they didn't officially publish the book. I was; however, successful in finding the pdf. I only wish they did publish the book because I prefer having the book rather then relying on my comp (and I still play to this day). I plan on teaching my daughter how to play it when she is old enough.

That is correct. The version you got of the The Spider-Mans guide is probably the fan created project from this very forum. And since its a fan project, it can't be published since Marvel have all those rights of theirs (or I think that would be the thing stopping it from being printed). The Board For the Spider-Man guidemurpg.proboards.com/board/138/unofficial-spiderman-book-discussionIf you don't want to print it out yourself and put it into a binder or similar, I believe there are various companies that can print books. But I never really have looked into it because I have been told that its very expensive. But sounds great that you want to teach your daughter. Let her play her favorite hero. And I would say the MURPG system is simple and easy to learn. It's theme is also somehting many children can easier understand and play, especially compared to the fantasy, horror or science fiction themes... Actually, should probaberbly keep her away from the horror
