For some reason I thought this major Marvel villain was created already. I can't find him and i unfortunately don't really know enough of him to do him justice. Is there anyone here that can assist me and create a CAD for Marvel's newest crime lord?

Well, he's a petty criminal (he should have Thieving and low-level Ranged and Close Combat scores) who stole a magic cloak and boots from a demon (giving him Invisibility, low-level Flight and electrical Force Blasts- although so far as I know he's only used the Force Blasts once). When he's pushed hard enough he can transform into some kind of demon thing (Claws, high Strength, Agility and Speed, Toughness and possibly a Healing Factor). Also, he's gathered his own group of super-villains and criminals (he should have medium or high Wealth and Leadership, and possibly Business Skills).
I must say I don't like the character much. He's a mook who's been promoted far too rapidly for his own good, and Brian Michael Bendis' writing has been pretty sucktacular recently, and definitely hasn't convinced me that the Hood has any real potential as a "major Marvel villain".

There was a complete Hood CAD in Spidey book, but wasnt uncluded in the final package. I had it on PDF once, but lost it. But honestly- he was nothing special in terms of stats.

I haven’t read the Bendis stuff but based on the BKV stuff, making him a crime lord seems kind of out of left field. In the original mini he was a petty crook (and eventually a reluctant super villain) that stumbled upon a dead demon wearing a magic cloak that gave him superpowers.
He has invisibility but only when he’s holding his breath. He’s pretty much a textbook case of the “limited duration” challenge.
He “flies” by walking on air so he’d have a pretty low AN.
He mostly used guns but he eventually discovered that he can fire lightning as a force blast.

If you can track down the additional character pak from the Spidey Guide then you'll have a preliminary CAD with which to work. I think I won one but lost the CD (Figures the one time I win something).

Tbh, I'm more interested in stats for the Hood from 'Thunderbirds'. I mean, what was the deal with that guy?

My attempt at The Hood while taking in what people have stated here. It is because I am taking in what people have mentioned in this thread that I am posting here instead of making my own thread. It should also be mentioned that the Hood doesn't need to hold his breath to use his invisibility power anymore. Reason I am making this CAD is because I am using The Hood in my Masters of Evil game and decided "Why not, might as well put a CAD here since there doesn't seem to be one readily available". Character Name: The Hood Secret Identity: Parker Robbins Species: Human (Uses a hood from a demon) Gender: Male Height: 5'10'' Weight: 165 lbs. Hair Color: Brown Eye Color: Brown Abilities: Int: 2 Str: 2 Agi: 2 Spd: 2 Dur: 3 Energy: 9 Regen: 3 Actions: Close Combat: 3 -Strength bonus or Weapon Modifier -Dirty Tricks -Hand to hand Ranged Combat: 3 -Weapon Modifier - Pistols Thieving: 4 -Agility bonus -Robbery -Move Silently -Hiding Leadership: 4 Business Skills: 3 -Int Bonus Invisibility: 4* Air-Walking: 1* -As Flight Electrical Blast: 6* -As Force Blast -2x Damage -Can't use consciously (Anyone have any idea how that option would work?) Modifiers: Reflexive Dodge: 2 Targeting: 1 Enhanced Vision: 6 -See through illusions and see shapeshifters' true forms Wealth: 0 (Spent a lot of money trying to get the Reality and Power Gem) Equipment: *Demon's Hood: Grants Invisibility, Air Walking, Electrical Blast, and Enhanced Vision Pistols: 3, 2x Damage OOC: These might not be the same stats made by the makers of the Spidey Guide, but I have to agree with Jet. Stats wise, he isn't exactly impressive.
