Backstory: In a world where the Nasuverse and Marvel Universe were forged into one. Shirou Emiya stumbled across the secrets to both Proto-Adamntium and the Super Soldier Serum after an encounter with Captain America. This secret was eventually sold to both the U.S. and Japanese governments the former using them to create a platoon of elite super soldiers clad in indestructible armor.
They called these men. The U.S.Agents, after the former Superhero of the same name...

The Lunsagi
In an alternate world not like our own. The Moon as we know it is but an illusion. An eleborate 5000 year old ruse to hide a lush green paradise home to a race much like humans but with rabbit ears, and tails.
The Lunsagi's history is long and complicated, but for most Humans only one detail matters.
At some point between 4000-3000 BC the Lunsagi were devastated by a war with an unknown power. The exact details are largely unknown to all outside the Eldest of the race, but we do know that two things changed about their culture... A cultural aversion to using firearm-shaped weapons, and a desire to remain hidden from the Universe at large to the point where they used a combination of magic, and advanced technology to cast an illusion disguising their Moon to all non-natives as an airless barren wasteland. This illusion was so elaborate that even when Neil Armstrong of the Human Race set foot on this moon. Humanity still believed it to be an airless vacuum.
Everything however changed in 2055 AD when an alien race known as the Fae'Rhal invaded Earth. Occupying the Moon, and using it as a forward operating base for their invasion, The Lunsagi were ultimately forced to break their isolationism to drive the Fae'Rhal war machine off their world, and by extension the Earth... However the Lunsagi would also be vital in negotiating a peace between the two races in the process helping curb anti-alien sentiments among the Human race.
Over the coming decades the Lunsagi would serve as ambassadors and mediators between Earth, and other alien species in the Galaxy... Even managing to make the Fae'Rhal empire into uneasy allies of the two races.
--------------------------
APPEARENCE: Lunsagi resemble humans in almost all ways save one. Their ears are on top of their heads, and rabbit like, also they have small cottontails at the base of their spines. These features are typically the same color as their hair, but this is not always the case. Hair and eye colors tend to come in a more exotic range than humans.
TECHNOLOGY: Lunsagi technology is far more advanced than human tech. Their machines often lack buttons or switches often requiring nothing more than physical contact and a thought to operate. They also integrate magic into their technology allowing for cleaner more plentiful sources of energy than most human tech. Their military technology however is a bit hard for most races to understand how to use properly due to their aversion to gun-like weapons.
CULTURE: The Lunsagi are a race with a belief in not living beyond their means, and preserving the natural beauty of a planet. Their cities tend to be small but highly advanced futuristic metropolises that gradually give way to less advanced wood building villages as they expand. Each city is carefully designed not to take up more space or use more natural resources than they need to. Like humans they are omnivores, though they prefer vegetables to meat. In terms of fashion it is often reminisent of pre-Meiji era Japan. With kimono and yukata being favored over more western clothes. Their warriors however prefer form fitting bodysuits with a ceramic-composite plate over the chest for some protection while maintaining light weight.
