As we all know Moon Knight has an ability that allows him to be stronger with the phases of the moon... I hope that came out right....
How would one write this up?

Metamorphosis with: (+6)
-Action to Modifier (+3)
-One form only (-2)
-Works according to moon phases (I dunno, 3 or 4?)
-can turn off (-1)

I'd base it off Rage, limited by moon phase.
