Does anyone think this action from the Spider-Man Book is over-powered for the cost?!

Perhaps... I mean, it let's you see the future. But, the GM can control the future, so your vision may mean nothing. So, there's that...

Clairvoyance by itself I don't think is very useful. So you can see the future. Things you do can change that future. Prescience on the other hand is much better for what it does.

Well clarivoyance is more-so what I would call a GM power. That is that when a PC has the ability - it allows the GM to give information/clues to that player about the 'future' which may hold a strategic element. Although as we all know the future that the player sees is generally the outcome of their action. If the future they saw wasn't actually the future (if they acted in such a way to prevent that outcome) then the future they saw technically never was the future - therefore the future they see would have to be the ultimate outcome of their actions.
Also the future is usually cryptic ; IE - They see a random 1 minute/30 second glimpse of the future - and they might not even see the context in which the future was set - so really its a great element to include into your game IMO.

Rules Question: I'm thinking of a character w/ elongated presicience related to clairvoyance. IN OTHER WORDS, if they have the Clairvoyance to see "3 days" into the future --- they'd recieve their prescience 3 days in advance. How would that work exactly, help appreciated, thanks!!

I would say that the "three days later" routine would be best applied if the GM wants to use that character as an opportunity to provide missions. The GM will mostly be using this power for things like "in three days there will be a museum heist where the Demonic Amulet of Demons will be stolen".
It would probably have a total cost of AN+3 (only see the future, only see specific things (three days away)).

Clairvoyance OPTION: "Prophecy" (See the Time "4" Rote from NWoD Mage!) Normally, Visions Seen are ORIGINAL time-line [we'll "assume" there, NO "Vision"], New Time-Line is created --- Needed are Stones to See Future Anew . . . (this "PC") Potentially, (mutant power w/ mtstical enhancement) Once Change Made General Pool grants FULL stones to foresee THE Change's Effect . . .
I am admittedly thinking of re-building a "PC" w/ Clairvoyance and is thinking of options . . . Besides future sense (Of Danger), I want him to be a SLIGHTLY Mystically-Enhanced "KARMIC-JUNIOR (admittedly) -Agent-n-Training!! If a GM wanted to be fair, but not silly, what would you charge for PROPHECY option?! Thanks in Advance!
