Sue couldn't stay defensive all day, so she attempted a new tactic. Hopefully, her genius husband had some plan in mind... otherwise, she'd have to come up with an idea, fast.

-We're clearly outnumbered, and we cannot fight forever. Also... we must hurry and find Sharon. Reed... guys? Any idea?

Doing her best to stay out of harm's way, Sue unleashed her telekinetic powers to throw one of the creatures into some of its buddies, hopefully causing at least some of them to be knocked down... if not out.

Reed Richards is afraid that in many ways this is all The Fantastic Four's fault! The three transformed cows must have been mingled with a local farmer's herd. Although the skrulls would have imitated most bovine functions, he doubts they would have actually been capable of lactating. The milk equivalent they produced would have carried the genetic matrix of a fully developed skrull, and would have attacked and modified any non-skrull cell tissue it encountered. This is why he and Johnny can't separate the skrulls from the townsfolk!

The Invisible Girl and Thing prevent the Four from disappearing beneath a growing mountain of grotesqueries, but their attacks against the transformed townspeople aren't helping them find Sharon.

The Thing was a formidable and nearly tireless brawler, but Sue had her limits. She could not keep this up forever, and she knew it... besides, they had to find Sharon, and the townsfolk weren't responsible for their actions.

-Guys, I think I have a plan... Ben and Reed, you two hold them off... and... Reed... if possible, please find a way to reverse what happened to them. Me, I'm going to try to find Sharon. Johnny... either come with me or help Reed and Ben. If anyone has a better idea, it's now or never!

Using her powers, the Invisible Girl took off, surrounding herself with a protective force field... heading towards Lord's Hotel!

Reed realized that this was a much bigger problem than just finding Sharon. If they allowed this to continue who knows how many could be affected. They had to find the original Skrulls and stop them from producing "milk." How could they find three cows in the middle of so many? If they could find out where the store where the local milk supply was sold then they could back trace it to the original supplier.

"Johnny, Sue, Ben, Sharon may yet be in danger but the Skrulls have contaminated the milk supply with their DNA. We have to find the source of the milk or this problem will only get worse. I think we need to split up and tackle both problems at once. Johnny you and Sue should look for Sharon while Ben and I track down the milk supply. Ben let's finish these guys quick and move on."

Giving a knowing smile to her brother, Sue walks to the counter but keeps a safe distance away from the manager; who knew how many people had been 'infected' by the Skrulls? Nonetheless, she spoke to the man politely, but with a tone of urgency.

-Greetings, sir... We are looking for a woman named Sharon Selleck, could you help us out by any chance?

Judging from the look the townsfolk gave her when she mentionned her, she didn't expect much help from the man... but the wise used words before violence.
