Looking at the incoming group, Cap decided to charge into them and knock them around a bit, in hopes of giving Deathlok time to pick his shots and make them count.

He thought about chasing down Deathlok, but after what he'd seen the man do with that pistol, he wasn't sure he was in any shape to go to war with him tonight. He'd alert the Avengers that the cyborg was active again, and then head over to Bernies to see if he could salvage the night at all...
