Although Frogman had been an unwelcome distraction at first, perhaps Spider-man could turn this unexpected development into an opportunity. He continued to crouch behind his defensive cushion as he calculated his next move.
Carefully timing the Frogman's erratic jumps, Spider-man attempted to shoot just as his path intersected that of the Hobgoblin so that both of them would be tangled together and unable to escape!
"Now that's what I call tying up two birds with one stone," cracked the arachnid hero.

Spider-man figured since he couldn't spot the crooks, he might as well question the interloper and see if he had any clues. "So what's your story frogboy? How did you know about this heist, and what are you doing here? Tell me what you know, because whatever they stole probably won't be used for... cub scout activities."

Oh brother, the last thing he needed was to have to babysit a wannabe hero. "Look I appreciate the thought, but perhaps you should go home before you get hurt. Those were real guns kid. Tell me, are you bullet-proof? Well, are you?" Meanwhile Spider-man looked around for some clues as to what had been stolen. Perhaps something nearby would give him an inkling on where to head to next.

"Bullet-proof?...well... no," Eugene admits. "I'm still new at this."
As Spider-Man finds the gang's laid out plans and timetables, Frog-Man whines, "Aw, I bet you made mistakes, too, when you were starting out!"

"Sure did, and it got someone very close to me killed." Spider-man looked the wannabe hero in the eyes. "When heros screw up, people die. Period. Are you ready to take responsibility for someone else's life?" He scanned the plans and looked for a time and place to check out next.

"Oh," Frogman says, looking ashamed. "I guess not."
Peter'll never understand why some folks want in on his lifestyle! Heck, the Black Cat wants to share it with him! All she sees is the romance and glamor of swinging over the rooftops. Sure, it's a kick... but Parker never set out to be this way. It was an accident that he became Spider-Man.
Will you look at that! If the few discernable notes scribbled on a map of Long Island are any indication, a heist will be coming down tomorrow afternoon, somewhere not too far from Lake Ronkokoma!

Spider-man tucked away the clue. He would have to pay a visit to Long Island tomorrow. "Stay safe, kid," he said before heading off to take care of his other business that day.

The next day, Spider-Man heads for Lake Ronkokoma. Parker should have known better than to rely on the Long Island Railroad. He'd make better time on foot! There's nothing big enough to swing from out here, but if he hoofs it cross-country, he still has a chance of making it on time! Spider-Man's Health: 5/5 Spider-Man's Energy: 15/15
