You are outside the woods with your fellow Defenders... You are getting ready to get in. "I propose we split into 2 equal teams to track this thing." Nighthawk begins. "Strange will lead one team, Gandalf and I will lead the other. Gandalf... I'll let you choose who comes with us." Nighthawk says.

Nighthawk gives you a bit of a strange look for choosing Howard, but he brushes it off. As you slit up. Nighthawk speaks "I'll scout from above, I'll try to remain in sight of you, but all of you stick together as a group. Acording to reports many of the men this creature killed were expirienced hunters."

"Yes, go ahead. I'll attempt to contact a local ally." Gandalf said, and closed his eyes. Tapping into the natural power of the area, he sent out a message to local creatures in the area. He attempted to contact one of the elemental forces of the area.

You almost don't find anything, just then a glowing blue Chipmunk scurries up to you out of nowhere.
"HI!" It says in a cute voice. "I'm Fizzywick. What can I do for you?"

Others might dismiss this little creature as useless, but Gandalf knew better. The smallest among us good be the greatest, if only given the proper chance. He bowed, and said, "I am Gandalf the White, and these are members of the Defenders. We are looking for a creature that has been attacking people in the area. What could you tell us about that?"

"EEEEP!" He recoils in horror. "Oh dear, you don't wanna look for that thing! It'll kill anything that wanders into it's territory. I saw a few of those poor hunters get mauled by it! It persued them without rest, and slaughtered them without mercy."

"Almost sounds like an Uruk Hai. I'm not afraid of this beast, I have faced far worse in my time. I intend to hunt this thing down, and make sure it never hurts anyone again. So, could you tell me what you know?" Gandalf said. Confidence poured from the sorcerer, as did a feeling of power and control. He knew what he was doing, and nothing would stop him for long.

"It lives in the deepest, thickest part of the woods." The Chipmunk says. "It comes out in the afternoon, and at night to hunt. It's strong enough to break the neck of a bear with his's hands, but can move quietly enough so that even a deer won't know one is nearby till it's too late." The Chipmunk says.

"Quite impressive this thing then. Do you think you could lead us to it's lair?" Gandalf asked. "And do not be afraid. If you help, I will not let any harm come to you."

"Alright... But don't say I didn't warn you." He says as he scurries along, making sure to remain in your sight.

Gandalf followed, nodding. "Your warnings are noted." He turned to the others. "Get ready for a battle." He said, drawing Glamdring as he said so.
No actions this panel, just following that chipmunk and drawing Glamdring

You soon arrive at a location with a shelter made of torn off branches. The area is filled with a foul odor.

Gandalf sniffed the air. It smelled terrible, but compared to the smell of orc, it was a breathe of fresh air. Cautiously, he approached the structure. He didn't yell or warn his foe, preffering to get a good look at the thing before having to draw blood.

You soon get close enough to peer inside. And find... Nothing.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!" Hellcat screams, you spin around and see a 10 foot brown creature with a bald head grab her from behind. It grips her shoulders so hard it drew lots of blood. It roars loudly at you.
