Wanda smiles as she listened to her friend's words over the phone. "Thank you. Do you have a way to get to St. Anthony's Hospital? If not I think we can send over a Quin Jet to pick you up."
She tapped the desk softly as she waited for his reply.

This all started just a few days ago... Spider-Woman and Tigra were part of a whole group of super-types which had been imprisoned by a couple of crackpots called Locksmith and Ticktock. Fortunately, they managed to turn the tables on them. Afterward, Tigra and a bunch of the other heroes got together for a little celebration at the apartment Jessica shared with her friend Lindsay McCabe. But as the party was starting to break up, things went weird! A ripple of confusion swept through the room... a room suddenly full of strangers! None of them had any idea how they arrived or what they were doing there! But the man who called himself The Shroud felt drawn to the apartment building's private courtyard. That's how Tigra came to find Spider-Woman's lifeless body! The sight of her was all it took to snap Greer and the other's memories back into place! [And now the smell is all it takes to tell Tigra that Jessica's bedpan needs changing.] Tigra's Health: 4/4

Doctor Strange offers to catch the next flight to San Francisco, but this still means it will be hours before he arrives. There is a spare Quinjet back at Avengers mansion that can get the sorcerer to St. Anthony's faster... but who could get to New York fast enough to fly it?

Tigra shrugged. "Couldn't you just call someone at the Mansion to pick up Strange and then fly the Quinjet over here? I'm pretty sure that there should be someone minding the fort." She glanced at Wanda. "Do you know anyone by the name of the Shroud? I think I recalled him being nearby when poor Jessica collapsed. But I don't know what he was doing there."
