Janet smiles and thanks Wanda again for contacting Doctor strange and walks in and hold the elevator for Starfox.

"OK, so what can be done about that?", asks Tigra with her hands on her hips.

StarFox jumps at the chance to switch places. "Thank you Scarlet. Keep the seat warm. We'll be back soon."

The Fox follows Janet into the elevator. When the door closes he puts a hand on her shoulder. "I want you to know how brave I think you are. With The Vision laying almost helpless back at the mansion and now another good friend catatonic in a hospital. Well...not everyone would hold themselves up as well as you. We're all so vulnerable. Scarlet must be hurting so terribly." StarFox seemed to hesitate. "If you need a friend..." He trailed off.

As she has nothing more to contribute at this point in time she merely waits and thinks. So, Jessica's mind is just floating around out there? That's strange. Actually it kind of reminds me of my energy forms.

"Stand back, all of you!" Doctor Strange suddenly says to She-Hulk, Tigra and Captain Marvel. "I feel a movement into this world from one beyond!"

"By my power, will it stand revealed!"

"Speak, shade! But know that you cannot deceive the light of Agamotto's eye!"

"I am the astral-form of Jessica Drew! I want to get back in my body!"

"I see that you speak the truth! Come forth then! We who stand by are friends ...We shall help you!" But energy erupts from the comatose form of Jessica Drew, added by forces beyond imagining! Before such power, the gathered heroes seem unable even to help themselves!

The astral figure is not merely repulsed, she is held immobile!

I'm guessing this energy is some kind of magic stuff, so I can't really effect it directly. But perhaps I can counteract it with some energy of my own.

Captain Marvel shoots off Photon particles at the magical force, attempting to create an electromagnetic field that hopefully should disrupt the magical energy.

"What's going on? Who's attackin us?", yowled Tigra in surprise as she barely dodged the weird mystical energy. She crouched lightly on her feet, ready to move again at the slightest notice. Meanwhile she also used her special tiger senses to find the attacker.

"Something has struck at her from outside this plane of reality!" Strange says in answer to She-Hulk and Tigra's queries. "The negative effect can only mean that she's being held transfixed between dimensions! We must find a way to break that hold... and soon!"

When Captain Marvel attempts to disrupt the magical energy with an electromagnetic field, Doctor Strange conjures up a mystical barrier, feeling it best to keep the regular staff out of here! However, before Monica finishes, a red and white blur flies into the room and toward the deadly radiation! Only Tigra's acute senses make out the fast moving projectile as a devilishly attractive male who smells really good.

To the Wasp's astonishment, when Starfox flies at the strange barrier, he oozes right through it, like it wasn't even there!

But on the other side of the door, Eros now finds himself rocketing toward a deadly electromagnetic field!

"It's taking a considerable amount of magic to hold her astral form together!" Doctor Strange reports. "If I divert too much of my attention to finding the cause of this, I could lose her! Whatever force is behind this, it must be incredibly powerful!"

"Power?! Hah! You cannot begin to comprehend the extent of my power!" The mystic field Strange placed around the room has been taken over... transformed into a window into the astral plane itself!

"...as it soon shall be upon the Earth! By my power Spider-Woman has been rendered helpless, and by my power her astral being shall be destroyed!"

"Then shall I return to the physical world, claiming the body of Jessica Drew as my own! Interfere with my revenge, and you shall be struck down, as surely as was Magnus!"
