She-Hulk deters the creeping dark splotches, but bat-like creatures, colorful spheroids and dark tentacles assault Doctor Strange!

"Morgan Le Fey is a force to be reckoned with!" the Sorcerer Supreme cries out to the jade giantess. "While she keeps us occupied in this manner, Spider-Woman's condition grows ever more grave!"

On the astral plane, Tigra leaps toward Morgan but...

Both Tigra and Wasp are blown back toward the portal, but the winds do not affect Captain Marvel's energy form!

"What?!" Le Fey falls to her knees.

"I don't care how powerful you mortals think you are! I am Morgan Le Fey! No one, not even Merlin himself, could contain me forever!" Is the sorceress trying to save face in front of Starfox?

StarFox decided to go for what he liked to call 'The Tender Take-down'. Now close to Morgan's kneeling form he worked his magic. "Morgan forgive me. I cannot resist you any longer." With that he grabbed her and 'tenderly' forced her to the ground and attempted to plant one of Eros' irresistible kisses on Le Fey. If THAT didn't keep her occupied then she hadn't been imprisoned in this plane of existence as long as she thought.

ACTION 1: 2 stones into Telepathy modified with 1 stone Intel. to make Morgan surrender to Eros' advances and stop her spell casting. 3 stones total.

ACTION 2: 2 Stones into Close Combat modified with 4 stones of strength to 'lovingly' wrestle her down. Again to prevent spell casting and to generally distract her. 6 stones total (situational Mod?) I have wrestling and, well, she's half way to the ground already! NOTE: I'm not going for damage here. Eros doesn't like hurting women.

"You cannot resist me any longer?!" Morgan challenges her studly suitor, after his arms pass through her ghostly astral form. The Wasp then takes advantage of Starfox's advances to sting the sorceresses' spirit form.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"...a body formed from the very stuff of this realm!"

At that moment, in what had been a normal hospital room back on Earth, She-Hulk protects Dr. Strange, but even her mighty physical force isn't able to deter the vampiric black blobs from leeching onto her green skin!

Captain Marvel doesn't know if this will work on Le Fey's astral from, but it's worth a try. She shifts into a form of visible light and then fires a blast right into Le Fey's face. Hopefully this will blind her for a moment, a moment in which the rest of the Avengers can strike!

A feeling of helplessness against the mighty sorceress' powers threatened to discourage Janet from ever succeeding. What could they do against such an enemy, on her own territory? The astral plane, a place that had its very own rules, most of which were out of human understanding?

But that's when she had an idea. Something that Morgan had said... "A body formed from the very stuff of this realm." She had a weird idea... Weird in her home plane, sure... but, she guessed, as good as any other in a weird place as the Astral plane. At any rate, her previous attack didn't seem like it had done anything to LeFey, anyway... so the worst that could happen was that she'd waste her energy for nothing, which was basically what she was already doing. So she decided to give it a try... If Morgan's body was made from "the very stuff of the astral plane"... maybe attacking said plane was the only way to harm it.

-Here goes nothing!

Raising a hand, she fired yet another bio-electric blast... aimed this time at the vast emptiness of the plane.

Tigra decided to play the role of distractor, since she doubted she could make a dent in the weird 'astral' body that the sorceress had summoned. "Hey you hag! Pick on someone your own size!", yowled Tigra as she used her agility to dash back and forth and hopefully distracting the sorceress.

"This isn't good at all!" Doctor Strange tells She-Hulk. "Anyone else would have been dead long ago! Only Spider-Woman's incredible strength and stamina has kept her body going! But the stress is starting to take its toll! If we can't pull off a major miracle soon--we're going to lose her in body as well as spirit!"

Then against all probability, the black splotches weaken allowing She-Hulk to smash herself free! Jennifer now sees one giant shadow, but out of the darkness steps the Scarlet Witch and Shroud!

Seeing the remaining tendrils, tentacles, balls, bats and black oozes assaulting Doctor Strange, the Scarlet Witch says, "Concentrate on your patient, doctor! The Avengers and the Shroud will deal with this!"

"What?!" Morgan belows when Captain Marvel assaults her eyes with her light. In her dazzled state she's unable to strike Tigra or react to the Wasp's attack against the astral plane itself!

Seeing her so-called attack on the Astral Plane had not apparently done anything, Janet sighed. "Of course it hasn't", she thought to herself. Crazy ideas in desperate times... hardly ever helpful. "At least, I tried." Shrugging, the diminutive heroine attempted something else. Something more... tactically and physically known to succeed. Basically... she simply flew right in front of Morgan LeFey while she was dazzled, and shot another bio-electric force blast right in her forehead, at point-blank range!

"That one's gonna leave a mark!.... I hope...", she thought silently, with a hint of irony.
