It turns out that "Apples" has heard something about the next drug heist. Something like where and when. But how will the strong-arm methods used by Power Man and Iron Fist affect their street rep?
Shortly at the Gem Theater, where Luke Cage lives and has an office, Power Man and Iron Fist enjoy a lunch of sausage an' anchovy pizza. (FYI: The hit on the warehouse is not until later.)
"Hi, guys!" says D.W. Griffith, the film student who's family owns the movie house. On their way in, Danny noticed a new guy in the ticket booth. This struck him as odd, because normally D.W. is at the window, but today he's come upstairs to Luke's apartment.

"Erik, a friend of mine from film school, he's gonna be helping me out here while I'm tied up with an assignment for school" D.W. explains. "See, I'm taking this course on documentaries, and we've each got to film one of our own. Danny considered the pizza, but put the slice back down. "Just considering a business proposal. Think about it Luke... what would the rights to a Heroes for Hire movie franchise be worth? D.W. will be alright... we can keep an eye on him, its not like we've never pulled bodyguard duty before."

In addition to being Iron Fist's sparring partner, Bob Diamond is an actor. Colleen Wing runs a private detective agency with Danny's girlfriend, Misty Knight, entitled "Nightwing Restorations Ltd.". Both are eager to tell the Heroes for Hire what brings them here. "Danny," Colleen says. "Misty and I've gotten tired of waiting for you to snap out of that funk you're in, and we've decided to take steps! We're all going out on the town tonight, and if you know what's good for you, you'll enjoy yourself!"But Power Man and Iron Fist are on a case. They'll probably be working very late. When times like this come, Danny is all business. He doesn't have to focus on anything but getting the job done. He kept his body loose and his mind tense, the way he'd been taught, and waited...
