Also...I'm not sure the Guyver is that powerful, especially in terms of Strength. I might have to come up with a write-up in response here.

Dk, I think this is just the armor so speed isnt needed since it used the persons speed. Strength of 10 does seem a bit high. From what I remember it might be a 5. Now I am sure this is from the comic book and not any of the movies. So I cant really speak on the actions really.

Indeed, you can use your own Speed instead. However, it needs to have a Speed score, even if it's Speed 1.

Not if its just the armor. Speed is the only ability you do not need to buy with power armor. I am sure your house rules require it but by RAW you do not. All I see is the armor, not a character.

After rereading it, you're right. Wow, I found something that I actively dislike about Powered Armor. However, even if that is the case, I think the Guyver had it's own propulsion systems (I might have to rewatch the series, but I seem to recall them moving pretty fast if not superhumanly so.)

I dropped the Str. to 7 and added speed 8. He was extremely fast. I also added in Radar Senses because the Guyver could not be snuck up upon.
The anime version is a lot more powerful then the movie versions. I was basing this more on the movie.
