I loved the original Green Hornet, I love Rogen, I love Gondry, and if Sony doesn't panic and screw it up with reshoots and awful editing cause they don't know what to do with a Gondry movie, I'll probably love this film.

Toy Story 3 was absolutely awesome!
Green Hornet looks interesting, but I'm not 100% sold yet.

I'm a bit on the fence about the new Toy Story, but of course I have kids so I'll be seeing it whether I like it or not.

Still debating to see Avatar. On the one hand, I loved the show to death. On the other...is a movie really neccesary? What's the point? Between that thought, the casting, and the fact that it just looks off...I'm just not sure.

Between that thought, the casting, and the fact that it just looks off...I'm just not sure. LOL again... I'm seeing this movie because my kids are excited about it. The impression that I get is that the movie is a vastly truncated version of the story from the series, which seems like a step backward to me, but whatever. Add in the other things you mentioned, and, well, yeah...

Well, I'll probably watch it at some point anyway, because it's Avatar, and, well, just because I like watching movies.

I really liked the show, and I'll most likely see the movie. The main reason because one of my friends is an absolute fan. I'm mostly excited about watching his reaction to the movie as opposed to the movie. But I dunno, trying to go in with an open mind in the end.

In my case, I just go in with lowish expectations. That's why I liked Avatar(the other one) so much, it was a lot better than I expected.

Y'know, I just can't seem to get on the Avatar train. I thought the movie was okay, but I'm afraid I'm not a part of the whole phenomenon that accompanies Avatar.
The process Cameron used when he shot the film was really amazing though. He always knows how to bend technology in a new or interesting way to fit/aid his shoot.

I thought Avatar was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. To call the story trite is an insult to triteness.

I am going to see The Last Airbender. In fact, It's my next must see movie. It's a double whammy for me. I loved the cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender and was very upset when it was cancelled. I also am a huge fan of M. Night Shyamalan movies. I love them too. So for me this looks good. The previews look good, so I'm hyped. I'm even thinking about seeing it in 3D.

As discussed before, I'm boycotting the Last Airbender, as are my local friends. I actually don't know anyone in town who is willing to see it, though I'm sure a few of them will end up going anyway. ^__^ Aside from the racial thing, the trailers look dreadful.
I haven't even seen James Cameron's Avatar. I tend to skip the movies with a lot of hype, and I don't really like Cameron's work that much. (Aliens and Terminator 1/2 were fun, but I'm not sure how much of that is really because of him. And Dark Angel erases it all.) Also, I need my money more than James Cameron needs my money. ^__^
When the Last Airbender movie comes out, I'll probably rewatch some of the series with my friends. I miss Toph.
