Normally when someone leaps from an insurance building they don't land on their feet, and they aren't doing it in the middle of the night. Whomever this was they must be pretty nimble. Cap' gunned it and charged figure with his motorcycle which he intended to slide the bike to effectively bat them with the back tire.
With his shield at the ready he bore down upon the mysterious figure. Maybe they were looking for a ride to jail.

Energy: 12/12
action 1: 3 stones of vehicles: motorcycle and 1 stone of Agility to tag the leaper with the back end of a speeding motorcycle
defense: +1 reflex dodge +4 shield = 5 plus anything for being a moving target.

Who ever this joker was, he was very quick and will be hard to pin down. Cap decided that it would be best to seperate this guy from the large black bag he was carrying. In the even that he should escape it would be without his loot.
Cap brought his shield to the ready, "You know that you aren't going to escape Tumbler. So let's do this the easy way."
Health: 4 / 4
Energy: 12 / 12
Action 1: 4 stones of shield throwing +4 for the shield = 8 stones to get the Tumbler to drop the bag and have the shield return to Cap
Defense: +2 reflex dodge
