STR- I'd raise the minimum to at least 10, if not higher. I carry around a 15 pound backpack all day and don't get exhausted. Plus I'm pretty scrawny.
SPD- Is this for prolonged running, or just sprinting? I run a lot, and can do a mile at a jog in about nine minutes, but sprint much faster. So that would put me at about 7 MPH jogging, which seems a little high. I'd raise the increments you go up by at first, but keep the max similar.
Leaping- From a standing still position I can leap about 5 ft. (rough estimate) so this doesn't seem to unreasonable if you're allowed a moving start. Although you might want to lower the max a tad bit.
Health- Zombie completely throws me off on this. I can't even think straight because the only things that can go through my head are "Aren't zombies really hard to kill without blowing their heads off?" and "What kind of a decent 8-10 year old isn't healthier than their undead grandpa if zombies are that weak?"
Special Rules- These seem okay, but it would make sense if there was a way you could cross Adrenaline and Limit Breaking. Like be able to go 1-3 above your number, but you lose all energy after (no gain to start). Than you get that "jump, fat man, jump!" scenario.
I'm not terribly awesome at the whole 'balancing' thing so feel free to ignore me.
NOTE: Something to point out is that i would be like a 4 on the Health Chart, but I pretty much never get sick, and seem fairly resistant to toxins (depending on what you're talking about). I mean, I've eaten a shoe before. Also, paper, clothing (just the soft part), sand, all kinds of raw food, and more. The only reason I haven't managed to eat bugs yet is that I'm too creeped out by them.
