Pretty much what it says on the title, I could use some help gathering some of Marvel's less known villains. Mercs, assasins, general psychoes, whatever. Guys like Barracuda, Flying Tiger, Hydro Man, stuff like that.

Hmmm....Me like that list....
I still wonder who thought these villains were a good idea.
Why would anyone think Kangaroo is a good theme for a villain?
Although I just thought of a platypus themed villain....with poison claws.
And the White Rabbit? Who was that?

Some woman in a playboy bunny costume, fishnets and a top hat... The White Rabbit was SO craptastic I don't think she had any powers... though I could be wrong, she might have had the relative strength and speed of a rabbit, which would be impressive in human circles.

......So Marvel's attempt to copy Playboy. Awesome. And I thought Flying Tiger was bad.

Hey, there's also the Ringmaster, and The Quill (I think that's his name...), Also I think Shocker falls into the B-List villain category.... Uh... Hatemonger and Flagsmasher are good C Listers from the 80s.

The White Rabbit was SO craptastic I don't think she had any powers... though I could be wrong, she might have had the relative strength and speed of a rabbit, which would be impressive in human circles. Actually she’s a spoiled stupid heiress who took up villainy because it was just something to do and thus most heroes (and other villains) don’t take her seriously (not that they should). When you look at her for what she is – a Paris Hilton types as a comic book villain – it’s just the right combination of brilliant concept and stupid character that she tends to be polarizing. Speaking of villains that make more sense when you view them through a real-world lens, I think people are too hard on Boomerang. He’s a professional athlete who got caught in a gambling scandal and then snapped and lashed out at the world for taking away a life he felt he was owed when he was caught instead of owning up to his mistakes. That happens all the time with celebrities, politicians, and athletes in the real world and – if it happened in the Marvel universe – then you can bet the guy would have exploding sporting goods and rocket boots. The one thing I don't get is the actual gimmick though. Why would an ex-baseball player use boomerangs?

I think I did White Rabbits CAD once, but I lost it I like her- a villain doesnt have to be scary or super powerfull to be entertaining, and all her stories (two of them...) were pretty good on their own merit.

White Rabbit was a villian that appeared in my Avengers: The Initiative game a couple years ago. One of the female characters shared a cell with her.

Stiltman! ;D

Stiltman works pretty well as a cat burglar in the context of 60s Marvel. The problem is that he became obsolete the second everyone and their mother could fly. Then he becomes a failed thief who won’t let go of the old ways and that’s pretty interesting too. Now the various people that have tried to use his gimmick since then, THEM I don’t get. Who the heck buys into the obsolete gimmick of a failed criminal? That’s why Kangaroo II and Cyclone II* are so much worse than the originals. *Though Cyclone II is fun to have around just for the French stereotypes. Unlike, say, Batroc the Leaper, there’s no need for writers to occasionally portray him as a competent fighter.

Dr. Angst, Sitting Bullseye, Tillie the Hun, the Spanker, and Black Hole - Howard the Duck. Or would these be 'F' rank?
I just had to bring them up.

Is Howard a villain though?
And yeah, I'd place him about E rank as the absolute highest.
