Hey guys, this has probably been discussed X times already, but...
What's Imbuement, its cost, and how does it work, please? No need for infinite details, just the basics...
Also, what about Sidekick? (If that's even the name of the modifier?)

I kind of searched the whole board for both of these and I can't find'em anywhere...

They're either in House Rules Assembled, or the Spiderman's Guide to New York.
Imbuement basically lets you put powers into objects or people. It's pretty much unlimited carte blanche to use any power in the game at the AN you have Imbuement (and give them to others as well).
Sidekick gives you 2 stones for every 1 stone you invest to create a separate, second character to be your primary character's sidekick.
They're both disgustingly overpowered.

Cool. LOL. Just kidding. Alright... thanks for the info, but do you know the costs as written? I know they're not in the Spidey guide for I have it on paper next to me right now, but House Rules Assembled still evades me.

Sidekick is definitely 2-for-1 (1 creation stone invested from your pool to get 2 stones to create a sidekick with). The rules have a suggestion of limiting it to 15 stones (meaning a 30 stone sidekick).
Imbuement... no, I can't remember the cost, sorry. Let me see if I can find the House Rules Assembled and post a link.

Oh... yeah. 2 for 1. I had not even noticed you had mentionned that before, sorry. Thanks again.

So it does to me. Thanks for the link, however. Hopefully it'll work sooner or later.

It claims to be a temporary problem...
It would be a darn shame if we lost those forever. Neros did an excellent job compiling them.

Sure hope it's nothing this bad... Oh well. I guess I'll just create a makeshift action to do basically what I want it to do, with a few disadvantages making it manageable and not overpowered to not make the GM go nuts, price it at whatever I feel it should be priced and then, GM's call.

. . . The rules have a suggestion of limiting it to 15 stones (meaning a 30 stone sidekick). . . .. GOOD CALL, I could totally imagine someone creating a 10 stone "hero" with a 30 stone (60 Stone sidekick) Player: "I am Joe average, This is my sidekick Adamantium Jack. . . Go get him Jack!"

Yes indeed. Then again, I've seen this before... there was this kid in Drakenguard who could control a huge war golem.
But hey, in game terms, maybe he simply had more stones to play with, lol.

If you do the math, Sidekick as written is CLEARLY overpowered. Take your average stone count game (40 stones). If you break off 10 of your creation stones, you can now control a 30 stone character and a 20 stone character... and can coordinate their actions so that they can do a heck of a lot more than any 40 stone character could ever hope to.
Sidekick in general is just a lousy rule. Sidekicks should be played by other players.
