Anybody know how to photoshop white hair onto that pic of the ER dude that I used for Magneto? I love his look, but I'd like to see him with white hair (preferably more natural looking white than Magneto's comic book stark white)

313 Reboot/Expansion Ideas (placeholder) "Heroes for Hire" (1970's action in the vein of a "private eye" type show mixed with chopsocky style Kung Fu antics) Empire State (1990's young adult drama based around students attending Empire State University, Spider-Man & Marvel Knights primarily) The Avengers Elite (a team of the Avengers most powerful and important members, tackling the "big stuff") Guardians of the Galaxy (space opera) The Exiles (something akin to "Sliders")

Marvel 313: 2030 X-Legacy Timeline
2011 - 2015: The so-called X-Wars rage. History from this period is unclear, in large part because of a massive plague known as the Legacy Virus and the use of a multitude of weapons of mass destruction that made clear record keeping virtually impossible. It is believed that multiple factions including the X-Men and various splinter teams, the Brotherhood of Mutants, the Purifiers, various world governments (most notably the United States, Russian, Chinese, and Canadian governments) all fought one another, with loyalties changing many times throughout the war.
The truth of this period is further confused by the fact that, from 2013 - 2015, non-mutant super heroes engaged in the so-called "Super Human Civil War", a period that saw heroes brutalize one another in full view of the public, and villains rising to heroic status in the public view.
2015: The 28th and 29th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution are passed. The 28th gives super humans the ability to retain their secret identity so long as they register themselves with the government, while the 29th gives mutants full rights as United States citizens (which in turn subjects them to the provisions of the 28th amendment). Super human powers (whether mutant or otherwise) are subject to a series of regulations, much like firearms. Most of the world follows suit within a few years, although Genosha, now under the rulership of Magneto and the Brotherhood, declares itself a bastion of freedom for super humans of all kinds.
2018: Under threat of U.N. Sanction, at midnight GMT, the entire island of Genosha disappears.
2020: Charles Xavier is assassinated by unknown parties while giving a speech at the White House. Simultaneously, the Xavier Academy is destroyed by a massive explosion. None of the X-Men are seen again.
2021: The Avengers are officially disbanded.
2023: Tony Stark is elected President of the United States. Steve Rogers, formerly Captain America, becomes an expatriate and moves to Wakanda.
2025: Wakanda seals its borders completely, erecting a massive energy shield.
2028: As the world economy continues to crumble, Tony Stark is given emergency powers, effectively becoming a dictator over the United States. Technology replaces humans in many fields of work, leading to even more widespread unemployment, and Stark responds with new regulations forcing corporations to employ a minimum number of individuals based on their profit margins. Menial, often unnecessary, labor becomes the norm for a majority of Americans.
2030: Following a number of riots in major cities, Tony Stark steps down and arranges an election. Several candidates run for the office, but Carol Danvers, formerly Captain Marvel, wins. Her first act in office is to imprison Stark and make all of his holdings public. Using Stark-tech, surveillance becomes almost ubiquitous.
President Danvers enacts new measures. All children are tested for aptitude at various ages, and their education is only funded by the public if they pursue the path that their testing indicates. Only the wealthiest Americans can afford for their children to receive a private education.
