Dhark, mad props for reading Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell. Easily my favorite alternate-reality book (and that includes all the comics!).

Anita Blake the vampire hunter I've read them all up through Bullet (which I need to order, but couldn't bring myself to pay cover price for given it's small size... and the letdown that Flirt was). These books have gone down hill seriously. I still keep reading them mind you... but I cannot fathom why?! :-P

Just finished the Hulked out Heroes trade. Its not going to make many people’s top ten event comics list but its nice to know that Marvel remembers that they’re still allowed to write FUN comics.
As far as “real” books, I’m in the midst of reading Greg Rucka’s second Queen & Country novel (Private Wars). I like some of his comics well enough but – if the Q&C comics and novels are any indication – I kind of wish he’d stick to novels. I actually feel the same way about Gaiman (sure Sandman is awesome but none of his comics since have anything on American Gods and Anansi Boys)

I am reading "Neworking MCTS Guide to Microsofft Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration" by Micheal Bender <shudde> Man am I glad I'm still running Server 2003 predominately. I've got one server running '08... but I'm just not a fan enough to WANT to learn more about it until I have to. '03 has become my comfort zone :-P
