Put Astral Travel as a modifier? To better represent that he is a spirit? Maybe Phase shift as a modifier? I don't know, maybe even psyhical invunerability like Living Laser has. With a disadvantage or challenge of having that taken away if hit by EMP metal stuff. Note, I have limited knowledge on Deadman. Only stuff I had seen on Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Which is surprisngly good, at least to me.
