I think those are about right. The DC universe is alot more powerful overall than the Marvel. Batman sends people flying with punches, has picked up the front of big pickup trucks, and a ton of other strength feats a man could never do. If you want to stick with the rules of a 3 cap, I'd say it was his batman suit (Power Armour rules) that give +1 to all physical stats. Or, maybe he is a mutant, not like DC would know that from not-that. Sphynx

I would put his stats more around... Int: 6 or 7 Str: 3 Agi: 3 Spd: 3 Dur: 4
We have to remember that Batman's key point is that he is not superhuman. I'd also hesitate to give him leadership, as he tends to work alone.

Personally, I think the sheet is dead-on. Sphynx is right when he says they're just inherently tougher than Marvel. Batman needs to have some kinda boost over normal humans, he's almost superhuman in every single respect. And, I think you need to put Fluffy Adrenal Gland under his modifiers. It's a plus 11 to everything.

Most importantly, his suit is an enhancer. Hell, he's pumped up his suit enough to actually make SuperMan bleed from a punch. I guarantee the suit is enhancing his stats. 4's as minimums sounds very correct.

And he's done that tons of times. Maybe stats of Bruce Wayne and then stats to the side for when he has the suit on and he's Batman?

Added new modifier. *Check it*
Well, since it's on those occasions applicable to pumping his suit, I'd probably leave it as it is. '4's' for an "At Rest" status are pretty accurate, I think.
As for making Supes bleed again, he has his Inventing/Technology Action to modify the suit. I'll give him a specialty in "Bat Suit Enhancements/Modifications" to cover that. When Bats got the Kryptonite Gaunlets, they weren't permanent, and would act as an Invention in my opinion.
Remember, the suit is similar to powered armor, but it's hardly a hunk of gun-toting metal like Stark's and Rhodes' creations. Most of the high-tech stuff lies in his ingenuity (Inventing/Technology) and the belt, and it'd be a pain to invent seperate rules just for Batman's suit. (At least for me, I'm kinda lazy...)
Guys, your thoughts?
P.S. Check out my Bane write-up here, I really would love some feedback from you lovely people!

So..uh...when exactly did Bruce ingest a Super-Soldier syrum? I'll second that, I can't see Batman running at highway speeds (75mph) or picking up SUV's... Physical attributes of 4 are really high. Batman's feats may strain credibility a bit when it comes to the humanly possible, but attributes of 4 are openly non-human. With Ninja 8 and two attributes to add, Batman could still put 14 stones behind a punch. That's certainly enough to bloody anyone's nose. I'd drop the physical stats by 1 and give him intelligence based energy. That way he still has piles of energy to throw around, but isn't throwing cars. That's my two cents. -Stephen

It's kinda off-topic, but I really despise the use of the adjective "The" in front of Batman. The cartoon uses it so much, and it is so awkward. Just call him Batman. Don't say "Hey look! There's the Batman!" It is just off-sounding. "Hey look, there's Batman!" just rolls so much better.
