This is my take on Batman (and I’ll admit, first and foremost…I’m a bit of a Batman fanboy, dating back to before I could read, from Adam West, to The Dark Knight Returns, to the classic Timm/Dini Batman Animated Series and beyond.) And I know there are two other write-ups floating around, but here’s why I feel mine’s better:
1) Making Batman an Intelligence-based character. This gives Bats the energy to do all the cool stuff he’s always doing, but doesn’t take his Durability and push it beyond the “peak human” range.
2) Tuned the reflexive dodge down to a more ordinary level, as well as the Mental Defense (it evens out with the intelligence increase)
3) Keeping his abilities in the “peak human range.” Part of what I think makes Batman so awesome is that, although he’s at peak physical conditioning for a person, he doesn’t really utilize metahuman-level abilities. He really does rely on that brain of his (and his years of training, and yes, his gadgets,) to get the job done. I wanted to make his physical stats much less the focus of his abilities.
That being said, here’s the write-up (haven’t done a stone count on him, but I’m guessing it’s too monstrous to contemplate):

“I am Vengeance…I am the Night…I…AM…BATMAN.”
Bruce Wayne was the son of Thomas and Martha Wayne, Thomas was a surgeon and the heir to Wayne Industries. When he was 8, his parents took him to see the Tyrone Power film The Mark of Zorro, the night turned tragic, however, when the Waynes were killed by Joe Chill, a low-time criminal, in a mugging turned bad. Bruce’s life never was the same again.
Bruce dedicated his life to the battling of crime, adopting the persona of The Batman. Many things likely fed into this persona: Wayne’s own fear of bats, his belief that criminals were “a suspicious and cowardly lot,” and the bat-suit his father wore to a Halloween ball in his youth all might have shaped the young Bruce’s vigilante persona.
Armed with years of training, Wayne became an expert martial arts, criminologist, escape artist, detective, master of diguise, and even trained in the Invisible Art of Ninjitsu, Bruce’s tranformation was not yet complete, his skill was further enhanced by state-of-the-art equipment, all funded by Wayne Industries, and most stored either in his Batcave or in his Batmobile. When night falls, flighty millionaire playboy Bruce Wayne becomes the vigilante Batman, who captures those criminals either too dangerous or too untouchable for the police to apprehend.
He’s a member of the Justice League, Superman’s called him the most dangerous man alive, and for all his loner posturing, Batman keeps quite a large stable of hangers on: there’s Oracle (the former Batgirl, crippled by the Joker, who serves as his tech support,) his butler Alfred, Dr. Leslie Thompkins (a friend of his parents,) and various children who have served as Batman’s sidekick Robin (Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown, etc.) He also has a famous rogue’s gallery of villains, including The Joker, The Penguin, The Riddler, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Ra’s Al Ghul, and many other colorful characters.
He’s a man obsessed. A man possessed. A man out for justice. A man battling the monsters both outside of our doorsteps and within his own psyche. He is The Batman.
