He does? I was actually wondering he has that ability. The DC wiki site (Where I get all of my info. Like Bane getting a strength of 8 if he pumps enough venom into himself) didn't mention that. Oh, and if the stats on these guys seem over the top, this is not scaled down to Marvel. If I find anyone with a strength higher than 10, then he is gonna get a strength over 10. If I find that Reverse Flash is an enemy Batman (Which is most likely as Batman has too many enemies to count) then I will give him a spd of 18 or something like that. Another example, me giving Clayface a metamorphisis of 12 or higher. Considering the powers scale of DC, this is appropiate.

This fella is one that I am interested in the most.
-(Arkham Asylum Scarecrow) "There is no Crane. Only Scarecrow!" -(Batman) "He calls himself "Scarecrow." Psychologist turned psychopath. He preys on the innocent and instill them with fear. When I chose to wear my... costume, it was to prey upon the criminals, and instill them with fear. The irony is not lost on me..."
Actions: Close Combat:5 -Agi bonus or weapon modifier -Dirty Tricks -Violent Dancing -Hand to hand -Self Dance -Injecting "Fear Gas"
Ranged Combat:3 -Weapon modifier -Thrown Objects -Devices that spray Fear Gas
Social Skills:7 -Professional Criminal -Arkham Asylum community -Scientific Community -Intimidation -Invoking Fear -Persuasion -Driving others insane
Psychology:7 -As General Knowledge but limited to psychologies. -Int bonus -Every. Single. Phobia. In the world. -Subjects on fear -How to know when someone is afraid -Fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear! -What the moments and behaviors says about a person.
Chemistry:5 -Int Bonus -As Inventing but limited to chemistry only. -Replace Technology for Psychology
Technology:4 -Int bonus
Modifiers: Reflexive Dodge:+2 Immunity to Fear (Except for his Fear of Batman challenge) Mental Defense:+6 (Insanity and brain being clouded from too much exposure from fear gas.) Toughness:+1 Wealth:0 EB:2
Equipment: Fear Gas:+8 attack against Durability or intelligence (Whichever is higher). Causes the person to suffer their worst phobia or some kind of freaky hallucination. Effectively, they are stun for 1 panel/stone that gets through. GM may determine that it lasts longer depending on the challenges taken like Haunted Past or any fear of anything challenges. Scarecrow has grown immune to this. Comes in many forms, either liquid that is injected or a gasous form.
Challenges: Insane:-4 (His already fragile mind has not been helped with over exposure to his own Fear Gas.) Fear of the Batman:-3 (Scarecrow doesn't feel any emotions anymore. Until he sees Batman. Than he all he feel is fear.) Deadly Foes:-5 (The Batman)
I thought metahumans was a reference to anybody in the DC universe that has superpowers.
The point is debatable because the term has been used both ways, but technically speaking, the DC term for a person born with superhuman capabilities is "Metahuman." I dislike the comparison to mutants, however, because there is almost no similarity between DC metahumans and Marvel's "mutants."

It's Rogue's Gallery. Not Rouge Gallery. I've edited it in your posts because that misspelling always bothers me (unless Batman has a selection of makeups that have been troubling him throughout his career.)
For the character Hush you did his energy reserve wrong. The Special Intelligence rule means that your energy reserve is equal to your Int x2. You DO NOT ADD YOUR DURABILITY TO YOUR ENERGY RESERVE. In the book Jean Gray has an Intelligence of 5 and a Durability of 2 but only has an energy reserve of 10i.

I didn't do the energy pool wrong. I gave him an energy battery which adds three more to total energy for every modifier level you buy. It is a house made modifier, although I wasn't the one who made it.
