This is Cer's Green Lantern Rule I use:
POWER OF THE GREEN LANTERN: (Cost Level = MN +8) - As Power Cosmic, except as noted (+13 CL) - Action to Modifier (+1 CL) [Difference between AtM and "Cannot be Improved by adding lines"] - Equipment (ring) needed for power (-2 CL) - Power limited to charge (lantern) (-2 CL) --- 100 Stone Storage Capacity --- Recharges at 100 Stones/panel - Fear Vulnerability (-2 CL) --- "Fear" based Actions/Modifiers receive 2 free stones of effort
OPTIONS (each can be bought multiple times): - Indestructible (Ring or Lantern) (1 White Stone) - Additional +1 MN (+1 CL) - 100 Additional Stone Storage Capacity (+1 CL) - Fearless (+1 CL) [Removes 1 CL worth of "Fear Vulnerability"] - Recharges at 50 Stones/panel (-1 CL) - Increased Vulnerability (-1 CL, per 1 additional free stone placed into Fear Vulnerability)
*As well as many other "Mastery of Element" Options, not listed above. Such as: - Free Forcefield up to MN: (+2 CL) - Can combine with Close or Ranged Combat (+2 CL)
The Power of the Green Lantern lets this character change any Ability or Action Numbers at will, or do any of the following actions listed below:

Other Lanterns will have various powers and abilities as it relates to their specific color.
Other Game Options: Inner Willpower (Cost Level = MN +3) - Works similar to Targeting/Efficient for ring power effects (and others as determined by GM), but only up to half the number of stones (up to your maximum MN) you put into your Power of the Green Lantern per pannel. Free Stones do not come from your ring's Stone Storage Capacity, but from your inner being.
