how exactly does accumulate energy over time for massive effect work? cause i always thought of it as an aoe affect

how i use it and idk if there all the same but here is the e.g
human torch need to do lots o dmg but only has mastery fire 7 so he puts in his 7 stones for MOF(mastery of fier) and tells me he is accumulating them ( i say johnny is "firing up" XD) next panel he puts 4 more stones into his MOF and panel after that 3 (because i maxing it a 2x AN For this e.g don't think book tells u if there is a limit to it.) he lets his stones go and get 14 stone of attack and such witch he accumulated over the 3 panels

There's no point in limiting it to X2 effect, and here's why; after a point, the number of panels spent accumulating makes it no longer worth the accumulation. The limit is inherent to the system.
Very few battles last more than 4 pages anyway.

I was able to make one of my battles last five. And I am not talking about game turns. Literally five pages of posting was nonstop battling.

Hi everyone, how is everyone doing? :3 I have yet again come back with another action to price lol I'm sorry if I annoy yall with this, just curious on how one would price this action, I was thinking much like ninja, but iono now. Action: Gun Fu An+? - includes either Agi or Spd bonus with two weapon mod - can be used as either close/ranged combat I was thinking using mastery of kung fu as a template for this action, but i would like some feed back first, and another question is does adding weapon mod still 5 if you can only use a certain weapon/restricted to it? or would it be a little cheaper?

That seems like Ninja with the "Ability Bonus/Weapon Modifier" advantage... so AN+10 You could alternatively just have two weapon mods without the Agi or Spd bonus and use Ninja as is. As for restricting what weapon it can use, that sounds like a GM ruling, but I'd price it at -1, since it's about half as bad as "Power out of control without device."

Hi again I'm back with even more random actions that im sure most of you would look at me and ask why for, but i've been bored recently and thinking of some new things that I would like to use one day. Molecular Immobilization Description: User can freeze the molecules of an object or person and have it freeze in place. If user is knocked out the effects of the action are negated. Duration equal to action number on duration chart. Effects can also be nullified at will of the user. Higher skilled user can even free an entire area. Ex: Lina is walking down an alley way after performing at dance club, while shes walking down the alley, three thugs confront her. All of them looking at her with sinister looks and deviant thoughts. They all pull out their knives and demand that they give them her money or things will get bad.. Lina who has a Molecular Immobilization of 6, places 6 into it, splitting 2 into each target. She is able to keep them immobilized for one hour each, giving her time to walk away without a care. Although, Lina could be mean and take what ever the thugs had on them to teach them a lesson. Rules for Action: - Immobilizes people/objects in place - Duration = 1 hour - Effects can be nullified at will of user, or until they are knocked out. - Requires hands to be free to use Options: - Can extend duration of effects to Action number on duration chart (+6)? - Area of Effect (+2)? - Can only freeze one object/person at a time (-2)? Iono, just a thought so any feed back would be awesome

Telekinesis with some kind of duration Advantage added onto it (there's one of those, right?).

Uh... That'd be an action with the "Disables if Damage Occurs" option which is +6 if I'm not mistaken. So.. have it be a Force Blast, have it have the "Disables if Damage Occurs" option, and have it have a flaw where it deals no actual red stones of damage for like a -2 CL disadvantage.
There you go
Molecular Immobilization
Then you could, later, add Area Effect on it, or 2x damage so you could get 2x effect, basically freezing people for long periods of time. Or you could even put an Ability Bonus on there so you can spend more stones into the action. Plus Targeting is your friend in this case.

I have a player who want to get an action that allows the action number of his action to increase the more he feels anger, much like hulk's modifier the stronger he gets the more angry he gets. So how does one price that?

Okay, I have another action calling it Empathic Healing, its when someone swaps health with another. E.G Kevin dur of 3 and has Empathic Healing, what it lets him do is able to swap current health stones with his partner Jasmine who of which is hurting and down to 1 ws after taking a beating from juggernaut. As a last ditch effort, Kevin swaps his current white stone with his friend's so Jasmine is now at three white stones while Kevin is reduced to one. Ruling: - Can only swap whatever the characters current WS are - Cannot Exceed Character's max WS count. its still in the experimental phase but would like feedback, thanks
