Made a couple posts and was hoping to get feedback on the ideas as mods for the current rules. in both cases, multiple examples are provided. This post focuses on the utilization of objects thrown as weapons for characters. I think its fairly simple to use and more dynamic and realistic then the current -3CL from strength you can toss rule. murpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=murpg2&action=display&thread=15326This post focuses on energy absorption. I feal it should be seperated from energy defense and toughness, as it IS a completely seperate power. energy defense should be removed completely and absorbed into force field, and toughness in my opinion is an individuals ability to take a hit. Shaw can charge himself up simply by punch the wall, that is because his power kicks in and absorbs the energy first. Anything beyond his ability to absorb he has to tough it out, or then take damage. So leaving toughness and energy absorption out of it, I came up with a set of simple to follow rules that blanket cover the situation. murpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=murpg2&thread=8858&page=4
