You'll notice, though, that Willow ALSO went through that "dark" phase where she was doing morally questionable things because she thought she was the smartest person in the room. The show actually portrayed it as a "power corrupts" thing, rather than what you're describing. ~TWF

Same difference from where I sit.

You’re actually both right about Willow’s arc. She thought she could handle the power BECAUSE she was better, smarter, ect (and also she was addicted to it) but it still ended up as a “power corrupts” thing (and also a ham-fisted allegory about addiction).
(And she was the smartest person in the cast. That doesn’t mean she had any common sense though. Besides, smart people don’t fare very well in the Buffyverse; look at what happened to Fred over in Angel)

Smart people tend not to fare well in horror as a rule. They're always too smart for their own good.

So, both you and WK wouldn't last long in a horror setting? Nor others I am too lazy to mention?

Well WK would be the killer. Who else here would you expect to murder a bunch of teenagers?

Especially if said teenagers like anime. *gets behind Ushima, Kira, Justice, Gig, and Mephistel* I give these five as a sacrifice Anime Killer! In exchange for letting me live! (I am more into manga than anime anyway. Because I am obsessed with reading)

If we're talking about children, I'd like to see a person who's more likely to be driven to murder than me. Not to toot my own horn here, but if you get a child who adores anime and breathes near me, the rage shall arise.

Not to toot my own horn here, but if you get a child who adores anime and breathes near me, the rage shall arise. You know what dims that a bit? Having children. I've found that anything I don't like, one of my two boys will surely enjoy. I love watching wrestling with my son, but all of his favorites are people I despise. You just sort of learn to swallow down the hate.

I'm more into gaining ultimate power and abusing it schtick... There's a REASON I wasn't born with super powers after all. The safety of the Multiverse would be at stake
