How to make this power work.....

A player of mine started a new character and wanted a unique power I can't think of how to do...

The character has the ability to create a tiny vortex in his hand, which he can use to store an infinate number of items (think in dungeons and dragons, the bag of holding) I was just curious how I would put this as a power and the cost for it?

Any suggestions?

That's actually easy.... Use Teleport.

+2 Other Dimension(s)
+1 See through portal
+2 Don't travel self
-1 Directly effects only non-living objects
-2 Doesn't Help Friends

Cost for 1 level (all you need) is 5 stones.
