A very powerful Ring and one of the teo which draws its energy from one's emotions, the Violet Star Sapphire Power Rings focus the incredible power of one's Love. It has a finite level of energy, allowing it to be used for a limited time before they must recharge it. Its power reserve allows it to be used for one full day (24 hours) in total before needing to be replenished, which requires them to hold the ring close to a Violet Lantern (the object, not an actual member of the Corps), while reciting the Oath. If a bearer's Love falters, for example, if they lose any interest in love whatsoever, the Ring suffers a malus to the AN equal to twice the corresponding challenge, as the Ring's powers directly depend upon this.
SKILL POINT SYSTEM DETAILS

STORY: Here!
....With the addition of having been manipulated in the past to become Famine, the Horseman of Apocalypse, before his body was taken over by Apocalypse himself, turning him into the Tyrant. After putting together a powerful new Alliance of Evil, Sanji/Apocalypse was defeated by Roronoa Zoro, powered by a Daedric Prince and possibly other powers. Zoro separated the two, freeing Sanji and defeating Apocalypse for good.
It was revealed later that Sanji's body was left with a side effect of his cohabitation with the tyrant; his heavy smoking had left him with terminal lung cancer. Thankfully, as he and Zoro were desperately holding off Akainu from killing the other Straw Hats and innocent S.H.I.E.L.D operatives, they were both chosen as wielder of, respectively, a Sapphire Power Ring and a Green Power Ring, making them Lanterns of the respective orders... with Sanji's ring having the unexpected effect of turning him into a woman!
Defeating Akainu with their new powers, the duo managed to save everyone, and Sanji managed to heal herself of her Terminal lung cancer with the Ring's regenerative powers. Soon after, she decided to quit smoking, from which she is still recovering. Due to her gender change, she left the boys' quarters to live with Nami, Nico Robin and Luffy, swearing on her honor that she'd behave around them.
