The Goblin Legacy Released!

In the spirit of the Halloween holiday, we have decided to release a little treat of our own - we have released a little section we call "The Goblin Legacy." It's a bit of a unique section just for the Unofficial Spidey-Guide. In it, you'll find a detailed history that traces Norman Osborn's activities as the Green Goblin up through the present day. You'll be amazed how far-reaching this legacy really is, because along the way you'll find stats and descriptions for everyone who's ever put on the cowl of a Goblin!

That was great! All the stats for all the Goblins!

Your gallery of Goblins really was top notch. I had totally forgotten about the "good-guy" Goblin (Phil Urich) until I read his write-up. Then, I remembered that I had the first six issues of that comic in my closet and re-read them. Wow...1995...Scarlet Spider...scar-face Thing...yellow and orange costume DareDevil...I totally forgot how much Marvel stank in the mid-90's.

My only question is why did you leave out Ultimate Green Goblin and Hobgoblin? Ultimate Spiderman was included in the previous Spiderman Variant-Chart.

Good question. The Goblin Legacy focused on the history of the Green Goblin in the mainstream comic continuity; whereas the Spider-Man chart profiled alternate versions of Spider-Man. So while Ultimate Spidey did fit into the theme of the Spider-Man variant stats. Ultimate Green Goblin did not fit into the theme of the Goblin Legacy section.

I hope that makes sense.

In answer to your question, yes the stats should work stats work for both, since that version of the Hobgoblin was more Demon than man.
