Cool. I'm hoping you'll release it early in the morning, so I can read it while I'm on my way to a lovely family get-together, but that's probably a tad much to hope for.
Seriously, whenever's good, but uh, I think morning would be the best time of day. That way you won't forget... Yeah, that's why...

I like the section overall, but I would like to point out a few things.
Clairvoyance - I've seen a fan-made version of this action before, with see past and see future as seperate options. This version is good, but the other one seemed more customizable.
Corrosive Touch seems a tad expensive. I mean, I understand that it ignores armor and Reflexive dodge, but toughness should maybe still apply. Anyway, the fact that it attacks against durability means that a target will always have defense against it, and it can't be used unless you make a successful melee attack first. Since you only get two actions per panel, it seems rather limited in usefulness for costing +3.
However, I can certainly agree that the Death Touch option should cost +7. Although that's expensive, anything that lets you flat out kill a character without them choosing to be knocked out should cost a lot.
I also have some questions about this action. 1. Can it be used to harm people when they successfully attack you in melee? (That would make it more useful.) 2. If attacking, do stones have to be allocated to Corrosive Touch before I know if I hit or not, and just wasted if my attack missed? (Sorry if that's confusing.)
Iron Will quickly becomes expensive, but options will do that. That's why most people don't take all the possible options.
Nerve Punch - I really like this one. (Karnak is one of my favorite minor characters, and this seems like something he'd have.) However, I have mixed feelings on the cost. Close Combat + 2x damage + stun or damage at will = Action Number plus 3 cost levels I think. That also allows you to use any ability as a bonus, or have a weapon modifier. It's still effective against tech-based enemies, and it can be shifted into defense. The only real benefit Nerve Punch has (other than flavor) is that it ignores called shot situational modifiers, which doesn't seem useful all that often, and could just be worked in as an option for Close Combat. Is there something huge I'm missing here? Can it combine with Close Combat or something?
Summon and Control Animals - I haven't really looked at or considered this one so much yet, but it looks pretty complicated. I think it could be useful, but it's just not my style.
Mastery of Kung-Fu - Isn't there supposed to be a cost for this right below the action name? Or should I just assume it's Action Number + options?
I noticed a cost of 1 white stone for Electro's ability to negate Spider-Man's Wall-Crawling, and Dagger's ability to transfer stones to Cloak. I'm not gonna argue over it, but is there a precedent for those, or was that just a gut decision?
Stealth - 10 stones is a lot to pay for something that only works against one person's enhanced senses. However, I suppose it depends who you want to hide from. Venom spends enough time away from Spidey that the benifit of Stealth isn't so major for him. To hide from Madame Web's Clairvoyance, however, would be almost impossible any other way. 10 stones to hide from her is almost nothing, but 2 white to from Spider-Sense seems about right.
I would HIGHLY reccomend some way of pricing this based on the cost of the oposing senses. Considering Prescience costs 6 white, and Madame Web's Clairvoyance costs about 30 white (I think) shouldn't hiding from her cost five times as much?
Weapon Morping - Looks like a very, very fun modifier. It kinda seems like it should be cheaper if you have stretching, but that quickly becomes a slippery slope. Considering Stretching gives a toughness discount, a Weapon Morphing Discount on top of that would be a bit much.
Sorry for the rant, but I was bored with a laptop visiting family for the day. I've probably put way too much thought into this, and yet, somehow not thought about it enough. I'm complaining excessively because I'm in a bad mood from spending the day day with my bothersome family. I apologise.

I enjoyed it, alot, but....hmmm. The additions that have been made are solid (and I think next to none of us here would be against using them in creating characters here), but, ah, how to say this with out sounding an ass. I know this is an unpaid fan project, but I was hoping for more, you know? More modifiers, more actions, etc. I mean, over here, we have been arguing on a definitive action for Leaping and Cop, for instance, for quite a while. I know these are realatively easy to cook up, but are probably more relevant than say, Statecraft. I mean this is an old gripe, ive been mumbling to myself about this since I picked up the Avengers guide.
Dont get me wrong, what you have is fantastic, my only greivence is that there isnt more! I know they say, always leave em wanting more, I guess I count amoung "em".
