I just discovered your wonderful project. I hope you guys finish it this year. Since I'm kind of new to this I do have a few questions. I went to your website and found your updates.
How many pdf files have you guys released? I found 13 pdfs. I found 12 from you main web page and then an additional one on your announcement thread on these boards.
I also just learned of your latest contest. I read your explanation for why you guys aren't releasing the bonus pack to everyone. Is that decision set in stone? Will it be released at some point on your site?
With regard to the latest contest, you state that the contest will accept entries until you post your final release. How many more releases do you guys have planned?
Have you held other contests where you released exclusive content? When? How many other exclusive pages have you guys released this way? Can I get them some way?
Are there pages you guys are holding back from your free releases in anticipation of releasing with the final product?
Are you guys planning on releasing one large complete pdf document? Are you charging for that final release?
Thanks for your hard work. Here is one fan whose group really appreciates it all.

Gaelinic,
We are glad that your group is enjoying the Spider-Man guide that we have been working so hard to put together. We are nearing the completion of the project (which has been a long time in the making) so you picked a great time to discover the materials.
I can see why the difference in .pdf's available on the two sites would be confusing... let me try and clear it up. On October 31, 2005, the Goblin Legacy was released which discussed all the various Goblins that have existed throughout the Spider-Man saga. Later, in June of 2006, we released the Humans and Goblins section which included the Goblin Legacy. The October release was a sneak peak at a portion of the Goblin Legacy. Our official announcements include both releases, but the official site only has the second release (since there is no need for both).
To avoid future confusion, I have updated the official announcements to include a note to this effect.
As of right now, the project management for the Spider-Man guide is indicating that the bonus pack will not be made available outside of the contests. While anything can change... that is the official decission for now.
I just recently posted a project update that lists all the remaining sections (there are not too many more).
We have held multiple contests over the Spider-Man project of which the winners were rewarded access to the Bonus Materials upon project completion. The contest threads should still be on the forrum if you wish to take a look at them. The bonus material that is being rewarded is the same for all contests, and the only way (currently) to get your hands on the bonus material is to be a winner of the current contest (or be a past winner).
The final materials will be freely available to the public, just as all the materials have been up to this point. Without the help of the MURPG community this project would not have been possible... and we just hope that everyone is able to benefit from our efforts.
The final release will be available in a PDF format that includes all previously released sections. I do not forsee any previously unreleased content... but I do not want to officially say no and close the door on that possibility.
We are glad that you found us, and are grateful for your kind words of support and encouragement. A lot of people have spent a ton of time working on this project in order to make it look and feel the way it does. It is always nice to hear that the hard work is paying off.

Are you planning on providing the complete PDF through Lulu or something similar online, so that we could get it printed and bound?
Thank you.
