Why did you guys say it's 23 stones.. Making it Indestructible I price it at no more than 8 stones...
6 for the 7 Strength that it can have 1 for the Underwater Breathing it gives and 1 for the indestructibility
Am I wrong? Did I miss something?

You missed the fact, that it works on range and weapon modifier can be used for EVERY single target that it attacks. Like in example, where he used two tentacles (6 stones to use those) and 5 action "Tendril whip" and attacked Spidey and Daredevil. 4 + 6 (Tentacles) for Spidery and 1 + 6 to Daredevil. Now tell me its not worth 23 stones?

You seem to be forgetting that it provides his Tentacle Whip Action. It's got an Action Number of 5 or 6, (I forget, and I don't have the book handy to check.) and an ability bonus to it. That alone is at least 20 stones. Add the Strength itself, (3 white each, but since it's tech, we'll give him a break and only make him buy it once.) and I'd expect the price to be higher than it is.

So it gives Tenticle Whip as an action and the Strength is actually a Modifier? Now that IS worth 23 stones... Heh, and it's a hell of a different way then what my party's been usin them. I had no idea lol.

Yes, Doc Ock can be a pretty tough bad guy! -- But hey, the GM has to have fun some times! Tomasina

My PCs killed him in one of my games, but they did that because I had them scared.
